Upon hearing this, Uchiha Fugaku activated his Mangekyō Sharingan. He was momentarily stunned before a relieved smile appeared on his face. "I see... So, it seems you're planning to take Izumi away from this village."
"How did you know? Was it the power of the Mangekyō Sharingan?" Kirito removed his mask, already having a rough guess in mind.
In the original series, Fugaku once showed Sasuke a glimpse of the future using his Mangekyō Sharingan. As suspected, Fugaku's Mangekyō Sharingan had a similar ability to the prophetic dreams of the Great Toad Sage from Mount Myōboku.
The Mangekyō Sharingan, known as the "eye that reflects the soul," was indeed capable of seeing fragments of the future.
It's logical when you think about it.
Shisui's desire for peace within the village manifested in Kotoamatsukami, the ability to change one's will.
Sasuke's anger toward Konoha resulted in Amaterasu, which can burn anything, and Flame Release: Kagutsuchi.
Itachi's internal conflict between Konoha and the Uchiha created Tsukuyomi, a powerful genjutsu.
Later, when Jūzō Biwa sacrificed himself while protecting Itachi, Itachi's Mangekyō developed Amaterasu's full power to take down even the Three-Tails.
As for Fugaku, he had long been concerned about the future of the Uchiha clan but was powerless to change the current state of affairs.
With that in mind, it wasn't surprising that Fugaku's eye technique allowed him to predict the future.
Fugaku's next words confirmed Kirito's suspicions. "The ability of my Mangekyō Sharingan is called *Takamagahara*. My left eye allows me to predict what will happen in the next five seconds, while my right eye shows events from five minutes in the past. If I use both eyes together, I may see vague glimpses of the future."
"So, you must have seen that I've killed many from the Sarutobi clan?" Kirito remarked with a chuckle.
Fugaku sighed and smiled. "Yes, I saw it. It's clear you've taken your revenge. It's not a stretch to say you've nearly wiped them out. Now, only Sarutobi Hiruzen, Sarutobi Asuma, and Sarutobi Konohamaru remain. You didn't spare the Shimura clan either, except for Danzo. I've seen the aftermath—what remains of their clan is gone."
"Those two old men ordered me to destroy the Uchiha clan, on the condition that I leave Izumi behind. They even ordered your dear son to kill me and Izumi."
"Since they dared to target me, they should have expected the consequences," Kirito sneered. "Besides, this is vengeance for Izumi's family and your Uchiha clan."
Fugaku let out a sigh of relief. "I understand. The Third Hokage and Danzo will undoubtedly be enraged once they discover this." Fugaku smiled with a newfound peace. "On behalf of the Uchiha clan, I thank you, Kirito."
He then bowed deeply to Kirito in gratitude.
However, Fugaku's tone grew serious. "Kirito, do you know why I trusted you, even when I knew you were sent as a spy by Konoha's leaders?"
"Is it because of your precious son, who was brainwashed by the Third Hokage and Danzo, and is about to kill both you and his mother?" Kirito remarked sarcastically.
Fugaku chuckled softly. "That's part of it, yes. But another reason is that I saw hope for the Uchiha's revival in you."
"Hope? What hope could there be now?" Kirito was puzzled. By the end of the story, almost the entire Uchiha clan was gone. Even in *Naruto: Shippuden*, the Uchiha had not been revived. Only one lonely survivor with a broken arm remained.
(Note: The ending referred to here is the one from *Naruto: Shippuden*. I refuse to acknowledge anything from *Boruto*. That series does not exist in my eyes, nor will I use any of its developments.)
"At that time, I saw children around you with the Sharingan. At first, I thought they were Uchiha you had saved. But now..." Fugaku's face contorted with a strange and complicated expression as he glanced at his wife, Uchiha Mikoto.
Fugaku had just glimpsed the future where Kirito had many children, grandchildren, and numerous wives. One of them was his own wife, Mikoto.
Mikoto had been quietly listening to the conversation between Kirito and Fugaku. In her mind, it was an odd but interesting distraction before her impending death.
Noticing Fugaku's peculiar expression, Mikoto blushed and asked, "Fugaku, what's wrong?"
"Nothing," Fugaku responded, shaking his head. His mind raced with thoughts of Sasuke, Itachi, who was on his way, and his wife's unforeseen future.
He realized that if he remained silent, both his wife and eldest son would die. Even his youngest son would eventually perish, lacking the protection his elder brother once provided.
After careful consideration, Fugaku finally made a decision and said, "Kirito, I have a proposal for you."
"What kind of proposal?" Kirito was intrigued.
"Itachi will arrive soon. After I die, I will give you my Mangekyō Sharingan and the Uchiha clan's stored ninjutsu. In return, I ask that you take Mikoto away from Konoha." Fugaku bowed deeply, pleading with Kirito.
Just as Fugaku finished, a familiar system message appeared in Kirito's mind:
[Ding! Congratulations to the host for activating the "Lolita" option. As the supreme Lolita enthusiast, how could you allow such a beautiful, wife-like Lolita to die before your eyes?]
[1. Agree to all of Fugaku's terms. Reward: 1kg of pure gold from the *One Piece* world.]
[2. In front of Fugaku, take action first. Reward: Perfect mastery of Wind Style chakra.]
[3. After Fugaku dies, attack Itachi in front of his "filial" son. Reward: Rasengan series of ninjutsu.]
[4. Do nothing and let Uchiha Mikoto die. Reward: A piece of firewood.]
For those familiar with *One Piece*, pure gold is a legendary material. It's a strange metal that grants immortality to some extent. Pure gold can prolong life, heal any illness quickly, and slow the aging process to nearly a halt.
Naturally, Kirito was very tempted by this. However, agreeing to all of Fugaku's conditions felt a bit tricky. What if Fugaku's demands were unreasonable?
And then there were the other options...
While Kirito considered his choices, Mikoto looked at Fugaku and softly said, "Fugaku, no... If you are to die, let's die together."
