Stephen's POV
A week had passed, and I found myself growing increasingly impatient for Bianca to share the details about the family get-together. I had asked her repeatedly, and she kept giving me the same answer.
"Now isn't the right time, but I promise soon."
I could feel my frustration mounting. Part of me was ready to accept that it might never happen. However, I wasn't about to sit idly by and let this opportunity slip away. My mind was racing with different strategies to make the dinner a reality, and while each plan seemed challenging, I was determined to find a way to make this family gathering happen, no matter what it took.
"I know this might come across as pressure, but I can't shake this feeling that we need to make this happen and like you don't love me or you're too embarrassed by me to show me off to your family--"
