Yue's tests lasted for about an hour and in that duration she checked out everything that she was capable of doing with her current cultivation level. After all the tests were over, those three people were sent back to the person who employed them in perfectly healthy and safe condition.
But their memory for the last hour or so had been completely modified by Yue with her Phantom World ability. What they would remember would be that after leaving the market Li Feng met with a powerful late stage Qi gathering realm cultivator and then entered the inner sect following him.
This memory would make Li Feng's disguise to be a mysterious person more solid who also had a backing from the inner sect. This way Li Feng would have an easier time making deals with that shopkeeper in the future.
Yue was very satisfied with the tests she was able to perform today and now she understood her ability even better. Li Feng had actually expected this ability to have many restrictions as it sounded too powerful but that was not the case. It did have some restrictions but those were too few.
They still needed to check this ability out on stronger people and on people with high willpower. So Li Feng was finally planning to visit the Yinshu Pavilion the next day to gather some information about some more disciples who could become future test subjects.

The next day, Li Feng again appeared in the outer sect market with his disguise. For his last two visits, he did not have to give his name to anyone but to visit the Yinshu Pavilion, he needed to have a pseudo-name and that pseudo-name was going to be Han Guishi.
The office of the Yinshu Pavilion was located under a small general store selling various low quality pills, talismans, cultivation skills etc. Just seeing it no one would think that under this shop the office for one of the strongest organisations of the outer sect was located.
As the Yinshu Pavilion had a vast information network, Li Feng's secret identity would not be very useful. They would very quickly be able to find out that his name and identity were all fake.
But Li Feng had already thought of a solution to this problem. He was going to identify himself as someone registered in the inner sect. There was a system where an inner sect disciple was able to bring someone from outside and could make them their servant. So if Li Feng or rather Han Guishi was recruited to the sect this way, then it was normal that he was not registered in the outer sect and Yinshu Pavilion was not able to get information from the inner sect.
So with this fake identity Li Feng entered the small general store and asked for the Nine Leaved Akashia plant.
This was a signal telling the shopkeeper that this customer was here for the other secret business. So he calmly put out a porcelain bowl and Li Feng dropped two blood stones in it. These two bloodstones were the initial price that someone needed to pay if they wanted to go to the hidden underground area for the first time.
After seeing that the price was paid, that man locked the shop and told Li Feng to follow him. Then they went to the back of the store where that shopkeeper opened up a secret passage way under a tile and told him to go down. Li Feng entered the hidden door in a nonchalant manner and went down. That door was then closed behind him.

After crossing the hidden door and going down through a few stairs, Li Feng found himself in the middle of a large room. A person covered in black robe was waiting for him there and Li Feng was told to wear the same kind of robe to cover himself.
Only after he covered his whole body and even the face, he was permitted to come out. This organisation was very cautious about maintaining their secrecy and did their best to keep the identity of the people who used their services hidden.
After coming out of that room, Li Feng found himself in a decently large and well lit area. There were a few counters with men completely covered in black handling them.
Li Feng went to one of the counters and told the person there that he wanted to buy information about a few people.
Immediately he was escorted to a private room by the person handling that counter and then Li Feng was asked about the people whose information he wanted. Li Feng obviously had a few specific targets in his mind but instead of just naming them, Li Feng asked for information about all the late stage cultivators present in the outer sect.
The reason why he did that was simple. This way even if he ended up doing something serious to his targets, this fake identity of Li Feng would not be seen as suspect immediately. And if Li Feng asked for information about a few particular disciples, everyone would immediately think that he was targeting those specific disciples. So if anything happened to them in the future, the elders of the sect might become suspicious of him.
But if he asked for the general information about all the late stage disciples everyone would just think that he was trying to find some new recruits for his master. It was perfectly applicable to Rein as according to this disguise of his, he was working for an inner sect disciples, so searching for more new recruits for his master was perfectly normal.
The person who was hosting Li Feng was also not surprised by this as Li Feng was only asking for general information which was not that big of a deal. If he was targeting someone then he would have asked for more sensitive and detailed information like a person's schedule or about the mission that they would take. The Yinshu Pavilion did sell that kind of information too but for a huge sum of money.
But as Li Feng was not asking for that type of information, he was able to buy all the needed information for a low price of 150 blood stones. By selling the high quality blood beans, he had managed to earn 500 blood beans, so spending this much was not a big deal to him. But this amount of blood stones was not a small sum by any means and for most of the mid stage outer sect disciples, this much was their entire fortune.
After getting the information he needed, Li Feng silently left this underground base from a different exit. From now on he would be able to come to this place from this exit and without even entering the market. Only someone who had already done business with the Yinshu Pavilion was told about this secret path and that was why Li Feng was told about it just now.
Finally as Li Feng had all the information he needed, now was the time for him to get started with his revenge plans.
