-Item : [Mimic Shard]

-Rarity: S+

-Allows the user to copy a skill below A-rank permanently.

Mimic shard was an item that had an extremely low drop chance and coupled with it only being dropped by an equally rare monster, it was almost impossible to obtain.

It was a broken item allowing the user to copy any skill below A-Rank from any character.

"Well, this makes the entrance exam way easier."

I put the [Mimic Shard] in my inventory and walked towards the mirror still emitting a golden light.

"it's finally time to learn the Sword art I came here for."

I placed the palm of my hand and the next moment I blacked out.

I dreamed of a man with flowing golden hair holding a sword that shone with a soft, luminescent flame as if the very blade itself was imbued with the essence of fire. Its blade was a radiant, golden yellow, and it seemed to burn with an inner light. Its hilt was adorned with intricate carvings of flames and sparks, and its guard was shaped like a pair of wings.

The man in a low stance gripped the sword that turned golden and illusory, its blade reflecting the ambient light, creating a mesmerizing visual effect.

With his eyes glowing golden, he rose gracefully, executing flowing transitions between stances.

Each movement emphasizing balance and control.

The man shifted his weight, gliding smoothly from one form to another, embodying the concept of "being one with the sword."

The sword was wielded with both power and finesse. Strikes were delivered with sharp, controlled arcs, often incorporating spins and twirls that created the illusion of the blade slicing through the air effortlessly.

Cuts and thrusts were synchronized with rhythmic footwork, adding layers of complexity to the performance.

It looked like a dance but it was a deadly sword art.

Ding!

Just as I heard a ding I woke up, I was still standing in front of the mirror but it seemed to have lost its golden glow.

"ugh.."

All of a sudden I felt a Sharp pain in my head.

'Information is pouring into me .'

At the same time, the glowing ball of golden flames engulfed me whole.

All I could see before passing out was a blue screen in front of me.

And just like that I passed out.

I woke up in a hallway lit up by iron torches, the hallway unlike everything else in this dungeon was in pristine condition.

I felt extremely dizzy and disoriented but I slowly got up with the help of the wall.

"I am finally getting somewhere."

Swiping it away I began walking down the hallway.

Tap! Tap!

The only noise was the sound of my footsteps echoing across the hallway.

After a minute of walking I reached the end of the hallway and what greeted me was a breathtaking temple.

It was made of radiant white marble and gold, with tall, elegantly carved pillars that evoke the forms of flames. Its central dome, resembling a blazing sun, was topped with a shimmering glass orb that scattered prismatic light throughout the interior.

The entrance features grand bronze doors inlaid with gemstone flames, leading into a vast hall where an obsidian altar, crowned by a perpetual silver flame, which serves as the focal point.

I was completely captivated by the sight in front of me.

Sure it looked good in the game but seeing it in real life gave me a whole different feeling.

I walked inside the temple slowly admiring it every step of the way.

Bang!

The moment I passed through the large bronze doors, they closed with a resounding bang, and the flame in the center grew bigger as it began taking form.

The flame slowly started taking on a humanoid shape with each passing second along with it many smaller flames in the torches began taking form as well.

The result was an imposing fully armored knight made up of flames holding a longsword in its hands followed by many soldiers made up of flames as well.

[System Notification]

-The opponent is holding a sword.

-Talent conditions have been met.

-[Child of Swords(S)] has been activated.

-Stats of the opponent will be reduced.

I gripped the sword in my hands tightly as a nervous feeling overcame me.

The boss of this dungeon had never been defeated, as the only way to harm it was to use both [Fulminulus] and [Radiance] or stall for 5 minutes until the gate opened and escape through it.

The difficulty lay in the fact that [Radiance] had a special effect on weapons, causing them to lose durability much faster. As a result, in the game, the player would not be able to do enough damage to kill the boss before [Fulminulus] broke, leading it to be regarded as an impossible foe.

Even if you had high stats, it would not matter, as its stats would scale based on the player.

'But with [Child of Swords(S)].'

-Any sword wielded by you will not break.

'This might actually be possible.'
