Under the gray sky, Alaric, Zanuba, and Piere stood at the edge of Direwitch, preparing their next move. Piere, with a blank stare, seemed uncertain. Alaric, on the other hand, smiled broadly, brimming with confidence as if the world was under his control.
"We need to move quickly, to save Angela," Alaric said with enthusiasm. "With the power I possess, nothing can stop us."
Zanuba looked at him with bright eyes, impressed by Alaric's confidence, but Piere only gave him a dismissive glance. "Are you really sure you can defeat Zodiac?" Piere asked, expressionless.
Alaric patted his chest proudly. "Of course! I already defeated Tigeria, the king of the forest! Facing Zodiac is just a piece of cake!"
Piere sighed, glancing at the ground. "I'm not sure you could even beat Zanuba if you tried."
