Dream.
There was another Dream in front of him.
Another Dream.
Dream breathed in deeply, as if searching for something to keep himself upright.
"Well," the other Dream said, looking just as shocked as he was.
The other Dream turned around, probably trying to refocus. Instead, he found something else that shocked him.
"Technoblade?" he asked.
Technoblade did not answer. He was still floating with his eyes closed.
"How?" the Dreams asked. "You..."
Then the other Dream abandoned words, and simply ran over and hugged Technoblade. As soon as Dream touched him, The red light faded from around him, and he woke up.
"Dream?" Technoblade asked.
"You died," the other Dream said. You were dead. How are you here?"
"I know," Technoblade said, hugging him back. "It's been too long."
Dream hadn't been expecting himself, even if it wasn't exactly him, to hug someone, least of all Technoblade. And he absolutely wasn't expecting Technoblade to hug back.
"This is so weird," Dream said.
"Don't worry," Technoblade said, releasing the other Dream and stepping back. "It gets weirder."
"How?" both Dreams asked. Neither of them could see this getting any more ridiculous.
-------
"That's definitely weirder," they said.
"Told you," Technoblade said. "You doubted me."
In front of them were two more Dreams. One of them was a girl. The other one...
"The Mexican flag?" the first other Dream asked. "Where, when, and how?"
"No, I've seen this guy," Dream said. "He's weird, but..."
"Yeah, he's seen me," Mexican Dream called to them. "And killed me too."
"He's not exactly sane," Dream explained.
"I think I know what you're talking about," the other Dream said.
"I know exactly what you're talking about," the girl Dream said, and giggled.
Technoblade sighed.
"Alright, let's get this straight," Technoblade said. He sat down cross-legged on the ground.
They had walked in the opposite direction from the prison scene. After they had walked in blackness for a while, Technoblade had started directing them. He had taken them to what appeared to be a recreation of the community house. Inside, they had found these two.
The sight of them had finally been enough. Dream had fallen against the wall, and slid down to the ground. The first other Dream had stood frozen for a while, then he had reached a hand down to help Dream up. Then they had both stared for a while, until they had both, simultaneously said "That's definitely weirder.".
"Okay," a new voice said. "Time for introductions!"
