I woke because of my annoying alarm.
I rubbed my eyes to get a clear view around Me.
Huh? Another annoyin morning....wait what is the time?
I look at the watch and guess what...I am fucked up.
" I am late.....!!!!"
I quickly got up and ran to the Washroom.
I am freaking late on my very first day on my job.
Could it be more worse than this?
I quickly brushed my teeth and was about to take shower when the water went out.
" God..when I said could It be more worse I wasn't challenging you. Damn it."
I don't have time for this so I just washed my face.
Now the main problem came what should I wear.
I don't have so many formal outfit for work cause I only have oversized t shirt and sweat pants.
Let's just take the one I see first.
I quickly changed into my dress.
I ran out of the apartment as I don't have any time for breakfast.
I have to get a cab.
It won't that bad because I got a cab right in front my apartment building.
I quickly sat inside and told the cab driver the adress to the company.
Ohh! I forgot to introduce myself.
So from where do we begin.
Hello! I am kylie. I am 23 year old.
Today is my first day at my job and I am already late.
I don't know how far will I go like this.
Hope I don't meet anyone and importantly the boss.

The cab driver announced.
I didn't notice when we reached.
I payed him his money and got out of the car.

Here now I am standing in front of one of the most popular brand around the world.
It is the most successful company around here and people die to work here and somehow I got the job.
Should I be happy or sad?
Happy because it pays very well and second I don't actually want to work.
Not like I don't want to here but anywhere else too.
I don't wanna work but I have to because I need to feed myself and stay alive in this world.

I took a deep breath and tapped on my chest which most of the time helps me to calm down but this time it isn't helping much.
I stepped inside the building.
Wow it feels so good.
The building is so big and preety. Well I don't like to work didn't mean I don't like the working place either.
It interior is so elegant. Truly mesmerizing.
I walked to reception and tapped on the table to get the receptionist's attention.
"excuse me!"
" yes? How can I help you?"
" hello! I am Kylie jennifer and it's my first day here can you please check where I have to go because I wasn't informed about it."
"ohh just give me a minute. I will just let you know."
She started typing something on the computer.
" you have to go on floor 22."
" ohh thankyou. Umm..Can you please tell me where is the lift?"

She said and gave me a professional smile. I bet her cheeks will definitely hurt at night due to smiling all day.

I said and followed the direction she said.
I waited for the lift to come down.
The lift stopped and the door opened.
There was a men standing inside the lift.
I can't believe what I am seeing right know.
He is.....so freaking handsome.
He is tall and handsome. His perfect jaw lines and his eyes are so beautiful and the plus point the mole on his nose.
How can someone be this perfect? I dont know for how Long I was staring at him.
"Uhh are you coming in?"
Then man aksed awkwardly.
" huh?"
Then I noticed I was standing stiff at my place.
I quickly stepped inside and standing in front of him and pressed the button of 22 floor.
I feel so embarrassed rn.
How can you do this Kylie?
What he will be think of me ? A creep?

" Umm.....are you new here?"
He said in his deep voice. Omg my ears are blessed.
I looked backward to see his handsome face.
"me? Yes."
" that's explain I have never seen you around here.....btw hello I am Alex."
He pulled his hand forward for handshake.
"Hello! I am Kylie."
I shaked hand with him. His hand is so big and warm.
How can someone like him exist in reality. He's a angel.
He smiled and I smiled back.

I noticed that I0 was already there..

Sadly I have to go.
" ohh..yeah it was nice meeting you."
I said existing the lift.
" same here."
He said from the inside and then the door closed and the angel disappeared.
I hope I get to work with him. Suddenly I don't hate work anymore if I get to see his handsome face everyday like this I willing to do any work in this world.
"Uhh.....miss Kylie?"
I turn around and see a person of double of my age.
" yes. It's me."
" I am Edison The Manger and I am here to tell you about your work."
"ohh yeah. Please go ahead."
" You are assigned as the ceo's secretary from this moment."
"huh? What? Wasn't I was assigned to work in the sales department? I applied for sales department why the sudden change?"
I said being confused.
" yeah I know that... but because the Mr Willson just fired his newly appointed secretary and we are currently in need of a new replacement.So due to sort of time we had to assign you to this."
What the actual fuck? Why I am supposed to do this if he fired his secretary. It's your concern you should handle this.
That's what I want to say but I probably shouldn't.
" But I don't know anything about it and I am a Newby so giving me such a high post. Isn't it risky. I don't even have any experience."
I tried my best to get away with it but this man is so persistent.
"you don't have to worry about it we will handle that you just have to agree."
" uh..."
Obviously I don't want to. Should I just decline its too risky to work under the Ceo himself.
" please miss Kylie we can't do anything. Or if you don't agree there's isn't any other word for you in this company."
Suddenly his tone changed from pleading to threatening.
Is that a threat?
" what do you mean?"
" well If you don't want to work at secretary than there's no other role you can play here. You can kiss goodbyes to you Jobe in this company."
He said looking directly in my eyes.
How he dares to threaten me?
But..I can't do anything to him with right now. I need this job so I can't let this go.
I took a deep breath and looked at the man looking at me with a smug look on his face like he won.
" Fine. I will do it."
" thankyou very much. For now you can report to mr Willson as his new secretary. He's in his cabin Go."
Why so sudden? I didn't prepare myself for this.
" But...what I am supposed to do?"
I was feeling nervous now. If I were to offend him forget about working in his company I will never be able to work in any company In this field.
So I need to be careful.
" Just give your introduction and I simply answer his questions silently. You will he find for atleast now."
What does he Mean by atleast now?
"well how is his personality? What kind of person is he?"
I asked hesitantly caused I am really nervous now.
The man looked around and make sure nobody was listening him.
Then he leaned forward and whispered
" well.He is very cold person and he rarely talk but he gets verh angry whenever something goes wrong on work in others way he is a mysterious person. We don't know much about him but one thing everybody is aware of is that he's ruthless when it come to destroying someone. When he gets angry on someone he make sure to make that person's life hell."
I gulped down. What's with this scary description.
Is he trying to scare me? If he is then he's successful.
I am already scared.
"oh..okay. thankyou."
He nodded and handed over the file to me.
" well all the best. I am hoping to see you around here for a long time."
This doesn't look good. He said that and left from there showing me the Mr Willson cabin.
I Took steps towards the boss cabin.
I didn't knew when I was standing out of the room and took a deep breath.
How can someone be this scary? He was just exaggerating all that.
Let's not think about this anymore and focus on the work.
I straighten my skirt and hair before knocking on the door.
As soon as I knocked a deep voice could be heard from the another side.
"Come in."
