Kylie walked inside nervously.
She don't know why she is nervous.
She usually don't get nervous easily but maybe it was first she was meeting someone so big.
" good morning sir."
She said to the person sitting on the chair back facing her. Her eyes were down on the floor.
She didn't get any reply for some second but then she heard a deep voice.
" Who are you?"
His voice sent shiver down her spine.
She was hella nervous but she is a person who don't show.
She said with a confident voice.
" My name is kylie and I am assigned to you as your assistant."
The person smirked impressed by her tone.
The chair spinned around. Kylie looked carefully and see a deadly handsome man sitting on it.
Her eyes widen by his handsome face. She never imagined him to be so handsome. He was the most handsome man she ever saw.
He was looking straight through her soul. His deep gaze met Kylie's soft gaze.
Anna came back to her Senses and when he spoke again.
" You are the new employee right."
' He look way too young to be a CEO" Kylie thought in her mind.
" well why are you late Miss Kylie?"
Kylie didn't expect him to ask that. She nervously gripped on the file she was holding.
She lowered her head and looked down at the floor.
" I am sorry sir. This will not happen again."
She said in her usual confident tone.
" not even making an excuse?"
Kylie smiled to herself.
' so the trick of not making excuse in front of the boss from the Kdrama I was watching last night worked.'
"There isn't something to make a excuse for. I know it's my mistake then I should apologise for it."
Andrew raised his eyebrows and smirked.
" well then make sure it never happen. I am not always this generous since it's your first time I will forgive you."
" Thankyou sir I will make sure that it never happens again."
" okay then enough talks you can start working now."
" but sir....I dont know what I have to do? My department was changed suddenly."
"ahh...wait."
He picked up the phone and dialed a number on the phone placed on his table.
" come to my cabin."
After some minutes someone entered inside the cabin.
Kylie turned her head only to see a familiar face.
" why does he look so familiar?"
Kylie mumbled to herself.
She quickly scanned his face for sometime and made a shocked face.
"you?"
She yelled in a shocked voice.
" huh?"
He looked a little confused.
" do you know me miss?"
The man said looking at Kylie trying to remember if he knows her.
"you don't remember me?" Kylie aksed to which he answered.
" uhh.....no I guess."
He laughed nervously.
' well its good he don't remember anything' kylie thought and sighed in relief.
" I might have mistaken you for someone else. Sorry."
" ohh its okay." He smiled and said politely.
Andrew cleared his throat and to get their attention.
Both of them looked at their boss.
" she is my new assistant kylie Jennifer so its your duty tell her about her work...and Miss Kylie He's Erek the Deputy manager of our company He will help you for now so follow him and learn everything you need to."
"okay sir."
Kylie turned toward Erek and said.
" It's nice meeting you sir. It's my pleasure to be working under you."
" Don't flatter me It's my duty to teach you so today just watch and learn."
He smiled at and she smiled back.
" Miss Kylie you can wait outside. I have something urgent to talk with the deputy manager." Andrew said to Kylie.
" yes sir."
She said and left from there standing outside of the cabin.
As soon as she left Andrew said.
"so you don't remember her?"
Andrew asked Erek.
" what are you guys talking about? I have never met her before? Wait do you know her?"
Erek said and walked to the chair in front of Andrew's table and sitting on it.
Erek and Andrew are best friends.
"don't you remember the girl who slapped you in the club a week ago."
Andrew said with a straight face.
"huh? Who?"
Erek stayed silent for sometime seemed to be thinking or remembering.
" ahhhhh! Is she that girl?"
He shouted and suddenly stood up from the chair when he realised who she was anger clearly visible on his face.
" I was drunk that time so I don't remember clearly but now I remember her face. What she is doing here? Wow..I can't belive this polite and well mannered girl is the same girl from that day. That can't be possible."
Erek said taking deep breaths.
" Obviously she's here for work by coincidence she applied in our company and she is well qualified for this post."
Andrew said swinging his chair to other side.
" what!? Why!? How can you let her in? She slapped me in front of everyone. She slapped your one and only friend."
Erek said angrly carresing his cheek remembering the slap. He can still feel the pain from that day.
"well it was your fault at first..."
Erek looked a little flustered.
"well...I was drunk that day."
He said softly and sat down again on the chair.
" so just forget it and explain her work to her."
Andrew said and Erek know he can't deny.
"why did you have to assign her under me.."
Erek said with a done face.
" you are the only one who can do this properly."
" okay...okay but why did you accept her ? As I know you you wouldn't take someone just Like that and she's too young to be your assistant. What's the real reason?"
Erek asked raising his one eyebrow.
" what you think?"
Andrew said with a straight face.
" Andrew I have known you since childhood. You think I don't know."
Andrew smirked and said.
" I just find her interesting to...play with."
Erek sighed and Said.
" So she's your new toy..I feel bad for that girl already guess I don't need to take my revenge from her I will let that slap pass this time."
" You go now and explain the work to her."
" yes sir." Erek said and left the cabin.
Andrew swing his chair and took out a file from his drawer looking at it carefully while a smirk made his way to his lips.
" Kylie Jennifer.."
It was Kylie's resume he was looking at.
Meanwhile....
Kylie was waiting outside of the cabin as said.
Soon Erek came out and glared at her.
Kylie felt like he was shooting fire from his eyes.
"hello!"
She said with a nervous and awkward tone.
"so now I remember everything."
Kylie smiled awkwardly at him while he was giving her death glares.
"ohh Is that so...I guess..I am sorry then."
" sorry? You slapped me in front of 100 people and now you are sorry."
Erek said and scoffed.
"well what I could possibly do. I was dancing and you suddenly came and hugged me from behind and all over that you started to kiss me on the neck. So I slapped you as self defence . Any girl would have done the same of as me."
Kylie said in one breath trying to explain.
" I told you that I misunderstood you as someone else and I was little drunk at that time and apologised too."
Erek said in his defence.
" yeah you did said that but at that time I was so angry to listen to anything but when I calmed down and thought about it I was guilty."
Kylie said fidgeting with her fingers.
"you should be."
Erek said with a firm tone.
"yeah I am sorry for you inconvenience."
Kylie said and bowed her heas.
"Thats okay now. I forgive you."
" really. Thankyou very much "
" okay now lets forgot it and look forward to working with each other."
He said and pulled his hand forward for a shake.
Kylie smiled and joined hand with him.
" yes. I will be happy to do that."
"lets get to work then."
