"There you are Ash '' a boy said, with blond hair and blue eyes who seemed to be at the age of ten reaching five feet tall. The child wore a blue hoodie with dark green shorts. He had a great smile but the smile was unbalanced with a broken tooth right at the center of his teeth.
"Hello Jordan," he said, drawn-out, not excited at the welcome of the kid.
"You seem to be at the roof again, Ms. Emily said you would be so, I guess she found you."
"Yes Jordan, now what do you want?" not wanting anymore in the conversation
"It's because we have a big project for class today and you seem like you have not done any of it."
"What's the big deal? The class you are talking about is no more than ten people and only includes are grade if we talk about the whole orphanage it is less than forty kids, not many Jordan do not fret it's just one project we can finish it anytime," he said with straight face and walking away.
"Yeah, you're right but...wait Ms Emily told me it needs to be done today!" Jordan said with a nervous look.
"Ok, I don't care, now by," Ash said not turning back.
As Ash walked up to the stairs leading to a path toward the dorms. He thought about what Emily said and started to mock her.
"Me scared, I am not scared of anything," he said with great confidence but also shallow sly thoughts of lies.
Before reaching the dorms he heard an unfamiliar sound. He followed the sound leading him to a dorm.
"Hello," it was a girl. It seemed Ash had found his way inside a girl's dorm not noticing what was around him lost in thought led him to the girls' dorms instead of the boys.
"Hello," Ash said back, wondering who this girl was; he had never seen her at the orphanage. For he has lived almost all his life in the orphanage.
"Hello, my name is Aurora. I just got her and I'm having issues taking all this stuff that belongs to me out of these boxes. Would you mind helping me?"
Ash looked at the girl. She had long dark brunette hair that covered her shoulders and her face was a mirrorlink balance that was beautiful just like the light green eyes she had. She wore a red short-sleeved shirt that had a white bunny drawn on it with light blue jean shorts.
"Sure," Ash said not knowing why he agreed but for some reason, he decided to help, maybe because of the way she looked or maybe because she was new, but maybe it all came down to his curiosity.
