Chapter 19: The Battle Rages On
Kane drew his sword, ready to face the dark knights. Adara stood by his side, her eyes flashing with determination.
"You're not taking us down without a fight," Kane growled, charging forward.
The dark knights closed in, their swords clashing with Kane's. He fought with precision and skill, taking down knight after knight.
Adara joined the battle, her sword slicing through the darkness. Together, they fought in perfect sync, their movements a blur of steel and shadow.
Lord Ravenswood watched in awe as Kane and Adara cut down his men. "Impossible," he muttered. "They can't be defeated."
But Kane and Adara fought on, their bond and determination fueling their strength. They cleared a path through the dark knights, leaving none standing.
As the last knight fell, Kane turned to face Lord Ravenswood. "You're next," he said, his sword raised.
Lord Ravenswood snarled, drawing his own sword. But he was no match for Kane's skill.
Lord Ravenswood fled in terror, abandoning his allies. Kane and Adara stood victorious, their chests heaving with exhaustion.
But their battle was far from over...
