Talents, as the name suggests are innate. Although not necessarily something you are born with, but something that is a part of you! Meaning you can activate them without any learning, or need from outside help.
For example Bo Tian's cloning technique, the moment a member of his family appears, they can activate the clones and quickly take control.
Or the Boar Kings summoning ability, it doesn't rely on any spiritual assistance or foreign object, just on the level limitations.

Bo Tian realised it when he looked at Nunias and Lu Pia's talents as well, however it was confirmed with the power of the ents.
All of the summoning techniques that came with talents, had a hard cap. Of course this cap can be improved with level but it doesn't depend on your own strength! Whereas this summoning of the Ent does!
If you have extremely high magical power, you can create as many as you want! Whereas if you are a weak new druid, creating one might be a drain on you.

Bo Tian specially gave Qinxu a mission to plant the saplings all across the barrier between the clearing and the mountains. This was originally to keep the space full, and to create a natural wall that could be developed later with vines etc…
