Chapter 3 - Chapter 3 : 360 Vision!!

"You... your eyes. No..."

Uchiha Zentaro was genuinely shocked. Just now, when he looked at Genya, it felt like he was falling into an abyss—or maybe the vast starry sky!

This feeling was terrifying!

Although this was his first time meeting Genya, Zentaro couldn't help but think: Is Genya really a monster?

But then Zentaro realized his words might be inappropriate. Those eyes made Genya stand out in the Uchiha clan, so he quickly changed the topic: "Didn't your parents come with you on your first day of training?"

"The training ground is right in my backyard, they don't need to bring me here," Genya replied, shaking his head and walking toward the venue.

Carrying a small backpack that looked almost too big for him, Genya seemed a bit lonely.

"Your backyard?"

Uchiha Zentaro's eyes widened. That statement showcases wealth and riches! He was indeed the son of Uchiha Kinya!

"Everyone, take a break. Let me introduce you to Uchiha Genya. He will be training with you from now on!" Uchiha Zentaro announced to the group of children.

"He's Genya?"

"The monster of our clan!"

"My elders told me to stay away from him!"

"Monster!"

"He's the monster of our clan. I don't want to train with him!"

"He's a monster!"

Children are the most honest. As soon as they saw Genya, they spoke their minds!

Facing their taunts and ridicule, Genya stepped forward and said calmly, "My name is Uchiha Genya. Remember it well. One day, I will be someone you look up to!"

After speaking, Genya ignored the children's remarks and walked away.

He reached a tree, set his small backpack down, sat cross-legged, and began to refine his chakra.

He didn't want to practice shurikenjutsu or anything like that with people who didn't like him. After all, he didn't want to be bored and hear those kids mocking him.

"Hehe... the son of a Uchiha merchant actually thinks he can surpass us?" Itachi smirked as he watched Genya, a small figure trying to avoid them.

The idea that this kid might someday awaken the Uchiha clan's Sharingan was unknown, but the notion that he could surpass them was laughable!

"Brother... what was that strange kid saying? And his eyes are so weird!" Sasuke asked his older brother, curiosity in his voice.

"He's an outlier in the Uchiha family. Sasuke, you must train hard and become someone useful to the village in the future!" Itachi said gently, ruffling Sasuke's hair with affection. His tone was warm and caring.

"Brother, I want to become stronger and catch up to you!" Sasuke said with determination.

Everyone around looked down on Genya and even mocked him. However, a girl roughly the same age as Itachi watched him with a glimmer of pity in her eyes.

"Zentaro, are we just going to leave Genya like this?" Another instructor approached, observing Genya sitting cross-legged under the tree, practicing.

Uchiha Zentaro nodded. "He's just arrived; let him settle in for a few days."

With no one to bother him under the tree, Genya closed his eyes and focused on refining his chakra.

Maybe it was because of his Dual Pupil eyes, but he could sense a continuous flow of chakra entering his body, strengthening his flesh, and gathering in his eyes. As the chakra flowed steadily, he felt his vision becoming clearer.

"Since I started refining my chakra, it feels like my eyes aren't absorbing enough chakra, like they're a bottomless pit!" Genya murmured softly. Could it be that my eyes are causing this problem?

"Forget it, one day they'll be full!"

With that, Genya continued his practice.

Before he knew it, it was noon, and some people were still training. Uchiha Genya opened his eyes and suddenly noticed that his vision seemed different.

When he looked up, he saw something astonishing. Even though he was looking straight ahead, he could clearly see the world and scenes behind him!

He could even see the people practicing in front of him as if they were in his field of view. By using his pupil power, he could see the chakra energy flowing through their bodies!

Isn't this the Byakugan's ability? It provides a 360-degree field of vision without blind spots and can clearly see the flow of chakra in the body.

At the same time, he was even more amazed by his own eyes!

This is indeed the power of the Byakugan, and I can use it directly!

Haha, it seems my eyes are not useless but possess top-notch ability! They might even surpass the ordinary Sharingan! No ordinary person has Dual Pupils!

Genya, being one of them, was excited by this realization.

With a smile on his lips, Genya watched for about five or six minutes before he felt his vision start to return to normal. His pupils were dilating, and his 360-degree vision was fading.

His mind felt a bit fuzzy.

"Five or six minutes? It seems my strength is still too weak!" Genya rubbed his aching forehead and muttered softly. He had only been able to use the power of his Dual Pupils for less than seven minutes before it became too difficult. He knew he needed to practice harder in the future!

Gurgle~~~

At the same time, his stomach growled with hunger!

Just as he was about to grab some food from his backpack, he felt a shadow over him. He looked up and saw a pretty girl smiling at him! She looked about seven or eight years old, and her eyes curved into crescent shapes when she smiled. Genya recognized her—Itachi's childhood friend, Uchiha Izumi!

"Little brother, are you here alone?" Uchiha Izumi asked with a gentle smile and handed him a lunch box. "This is my lunch box, it's for you!"

Genya felt her sincerity and thanked her: "Thank you!"

What a kind girl. It's a shame she was killed by the emotionless Itachi on the night of the clan's destruction.

If I get the chance in the future, I'll do my best to save this kind girl.

Thinking this, he pulled out a roast chicken from his backpack and offered it to her. "As a thank you, here's a roast chicken!"

When Uchiha Izumi saw the backpack full of food, she thought to herself that it was quite a lot, but she still asked kindly, "Genya, you brought so much food—are you planning to share it with us?"

She imagined a child who came to practice with a full backpack, only to be ignored by others, left alone in a corner.

But then, Genya's childish voice broke her thoughts. "No, I will eat this all myself!"
