My gaze drifted to Sylus.
"I'll go ahead, BOSS." I made sure to emphasize the 'boss' so all the workers could hear me.
Sylus, who seemed surprised, was staring at me as if I'd grown a second head. Well, as much as I wanted all this to be over, I had no intention of causing a scandal for him. I was going to get him to send me home, but not this way. Scandals weren't worth it, I saw it with my father once.
The elevator dinged, and I stepped out, heading straight for Sylus's office. It was only upon arrival that I realized I didn't have the key, and I had to stand there a few minutes before he came up. He opened the door, and I stepped in only to come to a stop.
"Two tables?" I looked at him.
"You'll be sharing my office," Sylus said, walking over to his desk.
