Getting out of the crowd Kien decide to look for a more quiet place on the chaotic islands , the place was littered with pirates everywhere and it was pretty obvious that this place did not have the navy
Walking down the busy street Kien could see all sorts of things, there were women who were continuously waving at him and they were all wearing skimpy clothes making it pretty obvious that they were prostitutes, there were also homeless children that were everywhere on the streets some in the garbage bins and some begging for money,there was also an instance when one of the children begged for money from a pirate but was beaten.
"What kind of island is this?"
Saying this he continued on his way looking for a quiet place
Eventually he was able to find a place that seemed to be quiet, it was a small bar at the end of the street, and it seemed no pirates were approaching it
Getting inside the small bar, he could see that there were a few pirates that seemed to be minding their own business and some were sitting in groups while chatting with each other and his arrival caused them to shift their attention to him
Ignoring the eyes on him Kien went to the lady at the bar
The lady was a purple haired young woman who seemed curious of his arrival as she watched him sit in front of her at the bar
"Welcome to my bar what would you like to order"
Hearing the lady Kien thought of what he wanted to eat
"Some water and and any food would be fine"
The lady seemed surprised for a second by his order as she looked at him
"Okay coming right up"
The lady went to the back to prepare his order as he waited there
The pirates had gone back to what they were doing ignoring him
"Here's your order"
Coming back from the back with a plate of bread with beef and water in a jug the lady set it down in front of him
"Thanks"
Saying this Kien reached into his pocket and retrieved a couple of berry and gave to the lady as he began eating his food
"So what brings to the island of Jaya?"
Saying this the lady sat down opposite of him and rested her head on her hand as she asked this question
"I just happened to be passing by"
Continuing to eat his food Kien answered the lady's question
"Really you don't look like a pirate"
"Yeah I'm not"
Hearing his answer the lady seemed curious as she looked at him
"Then are you a bounty hunter?"
That was when the bar went quiet as the pirates inside seemed to wait for his answer
"Oops hahaha!"
Seemingly realizing her mistake the lady tried to brush it off as she laughed awkwardly
"No I'm just a traveller"
Hearing his answer the lady heaved a sigh of relief as the pirates went back to their business.
"I'm sorry"
Apologizing for her mistake the lady tried to offer him more food
"No it's okay"
Not minding Kien continued eating his food

Somewhere on there island a marine ship was docking as an army of navy got off the ship on the lead was a man wearing a marine jackets with the word justice on his back, he was smoking a cigar as he walked and next to him was a young woman with a sword strapped on her waist
"Smoker san this is where our scouts saw him land"
"Yeah I knew he would come to this god forsaken island"
Saying the white haired man looked at his soldiers
"Men prepare for battle we are going to turn this island upside down"
