Chapter Seventy: Face Him!
Seraphina's POV
Percy was yet to arrive, and I wondered if Third had even called him to tell him he had guests.
I mean, the guests were there to see me, but Percy would handle the introduction, right? I couldn't just walk out there and tell them that their boss actually called them to speak with me, and we should get to it.
"Screw that, I need to meet them when Percy isn't here before he pisses me off and I make a bad impression." I arranged my hair and smacked my lips together. With my clothes straightened and pushing my legs into a comfy slippers at the door, I knocked to get Third's attention.
His eyes went to the door immediately, and he frowned. He gestured for me to go back upstairs by moving his head. With how subtle he was acting, he probably didn't want his guests to know I was there.
"I need to see them. They came for me," I mouthed inaudibly. He had wolf hearing, so he either picked it up or read my lips.
