My eyes had never ran through any piece of words before due to the curiosity building up inside me. My elder sister didn't have a care for me and she wrote me a letter?
When the contents of the letter rested in my brain, I understood better. I squeezed the letter to a deformed form and part of it. He should never read it... Or had he already? I turned to him. "You didn't read it, did you?"
He paused, I could see his reflection on the mirror, then he slowly shook his head and looked guilty. An adorable reaction but I didn't have the time to appreciate it.
Who could've known Eva could try to go against my father's orders? She wanted to be the bride of the Emperor and needed me to make it work for her.
In return, she'd help my mother and I, with Clement escape back to my mother's tribe and fake our deaths.
