Chapter One Hundred Seven - Meeting Derrick Hutors
Percy's POV
"So... You mean my son is in his building right now?" The Lady asked with a shaky voice, looking around the hall.
The guests began looking around as well, acting like a criminal was on the loose, and they wouldn't be entirely wrong.
The security hesitated before adding. "He had left after Mister Luther scolded him for harassing his sister, but he had stayed here for almost two hours with a drunk young girl, that has been sent home by Mister Luther."
The gasps came again and I nodded. This shows that these guards see what happens but they couldn't do anything because they wanted to keep their jobs. Not admirable but I wouldn't blame them completely.
I also liked how the security ignored what exactly Luther did, and focused only on the crime. The Lady was hyperventilating now and the guests were whispering.
