"What do I need to do?" Penn asked, flexing his fist open and closed.
"Think of it as putting on layers, or picking up items. Force is pretty flexible. It can be armor, a shield, or even a weapon. For someone who lacks the imaginative ability to picture the forms and creative ways to use it, this would be the best bet. Picture yourself putting on body armor, and picking up a gun. You can do that much, right?"
"Yes," Penn responded. He continued to try, to the point his hands started to tremble. Still, he was unable to move the Force how he wanted to.
"You're overthinking it," Nathan called out. "You're so rigid with your thoughts. Let's loosen you up a bit."
