~{ARLEEN'S POV}~
We marched into the hospital and after seeing the person in charge, we were taken to Damion's ward.
Nevertheless, on getting there, we heard a loud commotion happening in the room and as we got inside, we found Beverley crying while seriously holding Damion.
"I won't leave you! You're my husband! I'm not going to leave you!" She kept saying while sobbing.
I stood there without reacting but deep inside, I wanted to pity her.
The doctor tried to pull her away but she pushed him aside. It was very saddening.
Facing Clifford, he nodded and encouraged me. I sighed and nodded back. He had taken it upon himself to carry Paul in the baby carrier. He was really something.
Stepping forward, I noticed how Damion's eyes instantly shifted to me and he froze in place.
Beverley, who didn't sense him struggle against her, finally looked up and followed his line of sight.
