"You have a visitor, ma'am," my new receptionist let me know and I frowned.
"Where is the person?"
"Downstairs with Mr Jonas," he informed.
"Alright, you may leave."
Clifford had traveled to New York to oversee the wine company and seal deals.
Picking up my phone, I dialed Leah and the moment she picked, I asked, "What's my next schedule?"
"Your flight to London," she informed me and I sighed.
"Alright, are my bags ready?"
"Yes, I'm currently on my way to the airport with them and so is your son and his nanny," she let me know.
"Thank you. I'll be there shortly," I said and ended the call.
When I got up and carried my handbag, all set to leave, a knock came at my door as expected and Jonas stepped in to inform me who the visitor was.
"It's Mr Tanner's wife."
At that, my eyes widened in shock.
