"Stay if you want." Franklin said. Since Ava didn't care, so he wouldn't object.
"I knew you would agree, Franklin." Yasmin hugged Franklin's arms tightly with both hands, rested her head on his shoulder, and smiled as bright as the sun.
That's great. She could stay in Somerset. She didn't have to worry about not having the opportunity to achieve my goal.
"My brother and I have somewhere to go. So, if you can excuse me." Ava's numb heart could no longer feel the pain from his sharp words. She just wanted to leave Somerset, leave this suffocating place.
Ava didn't look up from beginning to end, she just held Martin's hand tightly and walked out.
Franklin watched the brother and sister walked out of the living room, his dark eyes like the sky on a cold night, dark and without light. Who was she going to meet so early? As far as he knew, she didn't seem to have many friends in the city.
