On the body of the titan Zoran, a cube the size of a house appeared in six locations. It's head, chest, two arms and two legs. These cubes were known as Clysms, and were portals to another dimension.
Every year, the sides of each cube would turn into red lights, and would allow people passage into one of many dimensions. Inside these dimensions awaited unspeakable horrors for whomever entered, which was why so many people feared the Clysm.
But despite this known fact, tens of thousands of people around Zoran flocked to these cubes every single year without fail. The reason for this, was because of the Lergobeasts that dwelled within. Once a person entered the Clysm, should they survive the trials awaiting them on the inside, they would be rewarded a Lergobeast, which would in turn make them Tethereds.
