"I understand now," I thought, "Dau meant that I'll lose all senses, but my will to exist remains. I still sense myself, so my will hasn't subsided."
But I was unsure what it meant to "see" the future or what was happening when I felt myself shifting and a surge of pain. I couldn't pinpoint the source of the pain; I just felt it. The horror was exhilarating, leaving me unsure how to react.
One thing I could do was anticipate when the pain would strike again. I needed to connect myself to my body, but how did that relate to seeing the future?
My thoughts raced, complicated and rapid. I realized I needed to calm down; my mind was a jumble of ideas, hindering my ability to unleash my full power.
But then I remembered: when a person is consumed by pure anger, their focus narrows to a single target – revenge. Their power increases exponentially, surpassing usual limits.
I took a deep breath, letting this insight settle. Anger and focus could be the keys to unlocking my true potential.
"Embracing the risk of not thinking about possibilities can heighten concentration, willpower, and inner strength, making one resilient like a stone that can withstand any wave. But what if I have no thoughts? No, that's impossible. I still have myself, and as long as I exist, I'll have something."
"When I feel pain again, it means my body and soul are still connected. When my body feels happy, my soul feels happy too. What if I die? Will my soul sense death?"
"I realized that the moment I die, I see nothing. I don't know how much time passes; there's just nothing. And then, I'm reborn, surrounded by thoughts again. Death can't erase my existence, but it weakens my soul, making it numb to pain, happiness, thoughts, and emotions."
"I understood that even after death, my soul doesn't die; it just becomes dormant, awaiting rebirth. I met those beings, and they showed me that my soul's existence transcends mortality."
"This revelation ignited a fire within me, a determination to harness my willpower and tap into the depths of my existence."
"In that fleeting moment of unknown existence, I discovered the key to unlocking my true potential. Pain, emotions, and willpower are intertwined. Emotions make a person's soul and will strong."
"I wanted to feel my future emotions, to anticipate when I'd feel pain. I calmed myself, focusing on when the next pain would strike. And then, it came again. But this time, I was ready."
"I waited, anticipating the next wave of pain. And in that moment, my soul and will reached a turning point. I finally understood what I had been seeking – a connection to my future emotions, despite the uncertainty."
"Though I had misjudged many things, I had grasped one fundamental truth: emotions are a person's greatest weakness and greatest power. They can break us, but they can also make us unstoppable."
"In this epiphany, I found the courage to face my future, to embrace the emotions that would come, and to harness their power to fuel my will."
"Emotions can fuel one's will, but if they consume us completely, we become puppets to that feeling. Even gods aren't immune; they, too, have emotions, and sometimes make mistakes. But in those emotions, they find strength."
"The emotion of protection drives them to safeguard with unyielding ferocity. In their natural state, emotions empower them."
Back to Aysha, now in search of pain.
"She couldn't find the emotion she sought in the present, so her will and thoughts propelled her into the future. With each attempt, she failed."
"10 tries, failure. 20, failure. 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80, 90, 99, 100, 101, 102, 103..."
"At 104, something shifted. A glimmer of what she sought. A hint of the pain she needed."
"Aysha's willpower surged, guiding her through the labyrinth of time. She saw fragments of her future self, each step leading her closer to the answer."
"Finally, at 105, she found it – the pain she had been seeking, the key to unlocking her true potential."
"
"I wanted to feel pain, and after some time, I finally did. But just before it arrived, I realized that the pain wasn't actually present. I had achieved my goal."
"Now, after every attempt, I started getting glimpses of future pain. I continued this process, repeating it countless times – maybe 100, 1,000, millions, or more."
"I began to feel the pain seconds before it happened. Then, I started sensing it even earlier, farther into the future. I knew what I had to do: dodge the pain."
"The moment arrived, and 2 seconds before the pain struck, I moved. I felt a connection to my body, and I dodged the pain. In the future, I saw no pain."
"I changed my course, and I started doing it repeatedly. I didn't know how I was dodging the pain, but I knew I was. My vision, hearing, body, and sense of self returned."
"In the end, I saw a scene where Mam was attacking me. But before each attack, I dodged it. I had mastered the art of evading pain, and I had regained control over my existence."
"In the next instant, a wooden sword appeared before me. Mam halted her attack, and I saw that many people had vanished. Only the sect leaders, Saraswati Mam, my friends, some teachers, and students remained."
"I glanced at myself, covered in numerous injuries, my dress torn and bloodstained. My brother, too, was injured and exhausted, but still, he stood with closed eyes."
"Mam approached him, ready to strike, but he dodged the attack. Suddenly, a voice boomed across the ground, and the area was filled with even more people than before."
"A declaration echoed above: 'The perfect heirs of the Light Element have been selected – the first or maybe the last three in all history. You three possess the Light Element, the strongest ever in history.'"
"'Eshu lives for you, Aysha, with an unbreakable bond, not just from the body, but from the soul. His soul is pure, and he is the best. A person, even a god of light, wanted Ketan's determination, which is above god level, maybe even surpassing the God of Light. Never lose your will, Aysha. You are special.'"
"'I can't reveal all the information about you here, as it would be disastrous. But the day you become strong, we will meet and discuss your true potential.'"
"Suddenly, I was lifted into the sky, surrounded by a radiant light. My body began to heal, and the injuries I had sustained started to mend. A soothing energy coursed through me, filling me with calmness and serenity."
"I felt my wings becoming lighter, and my elements growing stronger. My veins expanded, becoming visible on my arms and throughout my body, only to return to normal after a while. The experience ended, and I found myself back in my original place."
"I felt transformed, renewed, and invigorated, with a deep longing to feel that sensation again."
"Now, let's empower those connected to you three, and grant a small amount to the good-hearted individuals present."
"Suddenly, everyone except the guard and a few others began to fly into the sky. But then, those on the ground transformed into demons, advancing towards us."
"I quickly realized what was happening and cast my new ability, focusing on sensing danger. In my vision, I saw a demon attacking my brother, a sword piercing his chest."
"Without hesitation, I rushed towards Eshu and stored him in my space storage. A sword pierced my chest, but I grasped it and countered with full force, sending the demon flying."
"Again, I saw a vision of the future – all demons, Ayga King, my brother, and I knew what I had to do. I sprinted towards my brother, screaming, 'Brother, don't resist!'"
"I stored him in my space storage, and as I did, over 10 swords pierced me. A scream escaped my lips, but soon, a smile and sense of happiness replaced the pain, for I had protected my loved ones in this life."
