Zhao Juan could feel Xiao Han's kindness and knew he was an easy person to get along with. Yet letting her guard down completely wasn't so easy.
She smiled, but said nothing more.
Xiao Han didn't mind, knowing that getting used to each other was only a matter of time.
"By the way, you don't have to stay in the house all the time. Feel free to do whatever you want, don't feel confined," Xiao Han continued.
Zhao Juan nodded, feeling a bit strange inside. This didn't seem like any caretaker's job—apart from cleaning and cooking, there was really nothing else to do. Moreover, Xiao Han was very easy-going and had no particular demands on her, which moved her while making her more determined to repay Xiao Han properly.
She knew that if it weren't for Xiao Han, she wouldn't be as relaxed as she was now.
"I'm going to rest for a while," Xiao Han said as he yawned, preparing to sleep.
He opened the bedroom door and lay down on the bed directly.
