Seeing the Younger's body going limp in his arms, Mu Chen immediately carried him in his arms.
He looked at his family, "I don't think we can do the introductions today. We will leave now and I hope the next time you won't show any hostility towards my Fiancee."
That said Mu Chen walked out with Xiao Bo in his arms. He took the car keys from the old butler and drove off to his apartment also called his friend Yang Yi Xuan to come there to treat the Younger.
Zhao Yang walked towards his son, "Mian, don't you think the youngest son of Songs looks like my mother, your Granny?"
Feng Mian's pupils enlarged, "Right, I thought that too. But how is that possible?"
"It is possible if we are talking about Song Yi Ming. Mian, I need you to look into something," Zhao Yang then whispered something secretly.
"I will do as you said, Pa," Feng Main's voice became determined.
Elder Wangs got angry and left the dining hall. Seeing them leave all the others left too and the meeting of families that day was an utter failure.
Xin Yi got to know everything that happened inside when he was busy exchanging salivas with his lover, Bai Hu through Mrs. Wang.
He got worried for Xiao Bo and called Mu Chen,
"Don't worry, I am taking him to my apartment and Xuan will be coming to check on him. I will take him to the college tomorrow." Mu Chen assured.
Xin Yi sighed in relief, "Ha... okay, Gege. Take care of him but don't lay your hands on him or else I will see you!"
Mu Chen rolled his eyes, "Worry about yourself, YiYi. Go home with Aunt Feng while you can if not my brother Bai Hu is gonna eat you alive, today."
"W-What," Xin Yi cleared his throat and glared at Bai Hu who raised his arms looking innocent.

Bai Hu cursed his elder brother Mu Chen for exposing his idea and so Bai Hu had to drop off Xin Yi in the university dorms all sulky.
On the other hand, the Cao family wanted to punish Shen Yu for causing such commotion earlier but Qi Li Fan interfered asking them to let him go on a date with their son.
Thinking that it would mend the relationship between their son Shen Yu and Qi Li Fan, they agreed and sent their son with him.
Shen Yu didn't oppose cause if he went back with his parents he would have to stay locked up in his room. He thought it would be better to follow Li Fan for now and then later escape from him.
But Li Fan totally had other plans.
He wanted to talk heart-to-heart with Shen Yu and tell him that he wasn't interested in the marriage either.
So it would be better for both of them to get into a peaceful agreement before their marriage.
In The Apartment...
Mu Chen gently placed Xiao Bo on the bed and went to the kitchen to make some light rice porridge for the younger to eat when woke up.
Maple and her five little kittens who were sleeping cozily on their new bed in the hall woke up hearing the ruffling sounds in the kitchen.
The little kittens had already explored all the rooms when they were brought there.
Maple recognized Mu Chen. She mewled and rubbed her head to his feet.
He wasn't allergic to cats but he was not fond of them too yet this cat was special to Xiao Bo so he had decided to raise her with him.
Mu Chen looked through the shelves and saw the newly placed cat food cans. Le Yang, his secretary must have put them there.
He took out the cans and placed them in a bowl. Maple happily started eating her food while the little kittens were all over dawdling in the kitchen.
Mu Chen didn't mind them and cooked everything in peace.
Half an hour later, Yang Yi Xuan arrived there and checked on Xiao Bo.
"Nothing serious, he was just under a lot of stress I think. It will be better to avoid anything that causes him such extreme stress, it will affect him seriously if he is under a lot of pressure continuously," Yi Xuan advised.
Mu Chen nodded and took note of everything.
"Chen, I saw the news. Are you serious about him? Are you really going to marry him?" Yi Xuan's voice was serious.
"Yes. I plan to marry him after he graduates if he doesn't have any problem with that," Mu Chen replied giving the coffee he brewed to his friend.
Yi Xuan took a sip of his coffee as he sat down on the couch,
"Then you should be extra careful. Xiao Bo, that kid is suffering from psychological distress. I also think he has anxiety and depression. You already know he is anorexic, his diet should be taken very seriously for him to recover..."
Yi Xuan paused, "My question is can you handle all that? You have your own problems to deal with. You work day and night for your family's company and for that gaming company of yours. Do you have more time to spend with that little one? I know you are interested in him for some reason but do you like him?"
Mu Chen released a long sigh placing the coffee cup on the table.
"Seriously, I have no idea. It's just that whenever I am with him I behave differently. I don't know if I like him but I know that I can't see him in pain. I can't see him in trouble. Especially, I can't see him...crying. I will do anything to make him happy."
Yi Xuan smiled,
>>>Well, my friend you fell in a really deep shit called love but I ain't gonna tell you that before you realize it for yourself.
"That's enough to get engaged I think and there is a lot of time for you both to see how things work out between you guys. But remember one thing don't let him get attached to you and become dependent on you. Cause I don't think that boy could handle it if something happens and you chose to break up with him, got it?"
Yi Xuan cautioned him. Mu Chen nodded and was about to open his mouth when they heard something breaking from inside the room.
They both became alerted and ran inside only to see a quivering Xiao Bo looking at the broken glass of water on the floor.
"Snowball."
Mu Chen called him softly and sat beside him caressing the Younger's cheek gently ignoring the broken glass totally.
"You woke up. How are you feeling? I made some porridge for you, if you are hungry shall we go and eat?"
Xiao Bo calmed down at the placid voice of the elder. When he woke up in an unfamiliar room he started panicking, he wanted to scream but he felt his throat dry.
So, he tried to pick up the glass of water on the table beside but due to weakness, the glass slipped from his hand making him more frightened.
"T-The...g-glass... I am S-Sorry," Xiao Bo looked down.
"Hush, leave that. There are so many glasses in the home. Tell me, are you okay? You are not injured, right Snowball?"
Mu Chen brushed Xiao Bo's fringes.
Xiao Bo's nape became cherry red as he shook his head, "No..."
"Good. That's all that matters," Mu Chen smiled.
Yang Yi Xuan was shocked to see his ever-so-cold-hearted friend being all soft and understanding of Xiao Bo.
He never expected or imagined that in his life he would be able to see Mu Chen speaking gently and smiling when he thought his friend had a serious disease of facial paralysis.
>>>I was just worried for nothing. No one can take care of this kid more than Mu Chen...
Yi Xuan shook his head feeling happy that finally his friend's dry deserted life was now blossomed with spring flowers.
"Meow~~" Maple entered the room also hearing the commotion.
"Maple!" Xiao Bo's eyes sparkled seeing her.

Maple was about to jump onto the bed but Yi Xuan lifted her in his arms, "Oh, so her name is Maple."
"Xuan Gege," Xiao Bo smiled seeing him again after a long time.
"Hey, little Xiao," Yi Xuan greeted him with a warm smile still holding Maple in his arms.

"Ow, this Maple is a little aggressive. Chen, she won't scare Xiao Xiao, right?" Yi Xuan asked.

Xiao Bo giggled hearing her and Mu Chen was awestruck. He felt like his ears were blessed to hear such a euphonious sound.
Mu Chen ruffled the Younger's hair, "Xuan, Maple is Snowball's cat. So, she won't harm him."
"Ah, is that so? Xiao Xiao, orange cats are so naughty. You should have raised a well-behaved one," Yi Xuan commented.
Maple hissed at that, <<
Xiao Bo chuckled again, "Xuan Gege, give her to me."
As soon as the grip loosened on her Maple jumped onto the bed.
"If she doesn't behave well, I will see her," Mu Chen glared at her.
Maple sensed the threatening look and immediately ran into Xiao Bo's arms hiding.

Xiao Bo patted her head smiling. He was still amazed by the fact that he could hear Maple's voice.
"Alright, you can play with her later, Snowball. You have to eat something and take pills," Mu Chen took Maple into his arms.
"Go to your kittens," He placed her on the floor.

She was about to jump onto the bed to bite Mu Chen but heard her kittens mewling.

Maple left the room running towards her kittens who were playing tag on the table.
"Hm, then I will go back too, Chen. Call me if something happens again," Yi Xuan said and looked at Xiao Bo, "Bye, little Xiao. We will meet again and ah, don't forget to take your medicines, okay?"
Xiao Bo nodded obediently, "Bye, Xuan Gege."
"Okay now let's go eat," Mu Chen lifted the younger in his arms.
"W-What are you doing? I-I can walk..." Xiao Bo became all flustered.
"There are glass shreds on the floor. You will hurt yourself, let me carry you," Mu Chen said as he carried him out of the room to the dining table.
Meanwhile, In Song's Mansion...
All the way, Yi Ming didn't talk with his eldest son and after coming back he went back to his room and shut himself inside.
Wei Chen was dumbfounded. He didn't know whether to be happy or cry seeing such a drastic change in his father.
Still, his hate for his father was so deep inside his heart that Wei Chen didn't consider Yi Ming as his father anymore.
So, he just went inside his room finally relaxing that he no longer had to accompany Feng Mian.
Song Yi Ming was breaking everything inside his bedroom. His eyes were red and swollen, tears were streaming down his cheeks.
He punched and punched the mirror until his palms were a bleeding mess.
"How... long... I had to endure all this... until when?" Song Yi Ming mumbled to nothing, his body was trembling badly as he shut his ears close.
He had a very scared expression on his face.
"I...*hic* thought... I could handle seeing him..."
Song Yi Ming started laughing lunatically then those laughs turned into an outburst of sobs.
He was surrounded by all the glasses, blood flowing through his feet and palms. He took a long shred of glass into his hand and placed it on his wrist.
"...should I end it all... *Hic* once and for all... Haha... no one will cry at my funeral, right? They would laugh and celebrate that I am finally dead...right?"
Yi Ming cried and cried pressing the glass onto his wrist and cutting it slowly...
