It just meant he had reached a defensive capability comparable to that of a Level 10 Invoker, but his offensive power was almost non-existent, which roughly equated to half a Level 10 Invoker.
That was essentially the limit of what he could help Luo Yu and the other Trainees achieve; their levels and skills didn't permit any further progress.
For the time being, however, it was enough.
As for himself, he was only nearing Level 10.
