The day finally came.
Discharged last night, almost fully recovered, Kathryna smiled faintly as she stared at her reflection in the mirror.
Her blue dress hugged her body frame perfectly, her pair of heels matching her dress. She looked exceptionally beautiful.
She took her purse before leaving her room, joining Atticus who was waiting for her in the living room.
"Kathryna," he called out, walking up to her. "You are the most beautiful lady I ever knew," he commended, cringing Kathryna out.
"Please, don't flatter me."
"I am not."
His hands reached for her face before placing a soft kiss on her lips. "I love you. I fucking love you," he muttered, not missing the chance to confess his feelings again and again.
She smiled faintly. "I love you too. I love you with my everything," her soft voice echoed.
