SLAP!

A very beautiful woman was slapped right across her cheek, Her long black hair were a mess, all the makeup was smudged, and the bruise was forming on her cheek.

Eyes filled with hatred was looking at her with pure disgust. 

He was he fiancee who was supposed to love her, and marry her but here he was beating her and crushing her heart!

The look he gave her was so filled with disgust that she herself felt unworthy of love.

And then there was this woman standing next to him, with her hands around his arms as if she has all the rights to be there. She looks so pure and gentle, the dream woman of every man out there. The real Cindrella story going on here, The CEO of Hunt industries falls in love with his secretary, leaving his fiancee for her and is ready to marry her. 

Zoey, the fiancee for 5 years and his childhood friend since she was 5 year old was very unlucky to experience this treatment from him.

" You are disgusting, I am never going to marry you, how did you ever thought that you can hurt her."

Zoey felt a pang in her heart, she felt as if all the things she has done till now were of no use. As she lifted her hand to touch him, he moved back.

"Don't touch me with your dirty hands."

All the people present in the Hall watched as the best socialite, the queen was thrown to the ground. The laughed non-stop, mocking her how she loses her reputation at the hands of the man who she loved.

"James, Listen to me-"

"Did i say you can talk to me?? No! Leave before i ask the security to throw you out."

She has helped the Hunt industries to become as influential as it is now, she was the one working behind the curtain to make the things easy for him, she was the one who pulled the strings for him.

Zoey clenched her fists and and her lips curled, she was the dumb one, how could she love this pathetic man who can't even distinguish a rock from a diamond.

Suddenly, anger entered her brain.

" What if I Don't" said Zoey.

A slap landed on her cheek, and her face turned to the side. This was the second slap of the day! Tears gathered in her eyes and the pain was unbearable but she swallowed them down.

"Oh my god, James are you alright" Chloe comes and grabbed his hand which was red due to the strike.

Zoey stared at the couple with hate and disgust in her eyes,The rage was so practically visible that Chloe was frightened. 

"Baby, lets not pay her any attention, i don't want to be involved with her"

Instantly James said"Ok, baby.Lets go"

He always do what she asks, always giving in to her. Her parents said that it was the puppy love, he will be hers, she should just let him do what he wants.

She believed them, but now she thought that she was foolish, how cab this be just some puppy love. The man is so madly in love with her that he only sees her and no one else. Their love was prominent to others, anyone who saw them can say that they love each other and she was nothing but a hurdle they had to cross. 

Her pride is destroyed.

Her parents no longer wants her.

Her reputation is gone.

What more is there for her to loose??

Hot tear flowed out of her eye, down her cheek.

James eyes flickered, this is the first time she had cried in front of him.

He laughed as they were not from sorrow of loosing him but the anger of how he had behaved and what her condition is now!!

Zoey, in great anger stood up from the ground, like a phoenix from ashes, she wanted the blood to spill, wanted to kill everyone who had wronged her.But she held back, now is not the time.

She looked at the mirror has she gone mad, why is she not retaliating, what is stopping her, stood in front of her was herself saying," Not now or else, he will destroy you."

Her eyes open and she found herself on her bed, in between the sheets, covered in darkness.

" Its been so long since i dreamed of what happened three years ago"

But now I am back, I will get everything that belonged to me.
