"This is the project acceptance document; the client has already signed off on it," Luo Wentao placed a document on the table, "Next year they have two new projects and have already discussed them with me; we'll go through the contracting process afterwards."
Manager Zhang was all smiles. With Luo Wentao as a golden signboard, projects naturally came in an endless stream, making his job as a manager worry-free.
"Also, about Designer Xia, I have something to say."
"Hmm, go ahead," Manager Zhang answered as he flipped through the contract.
"I think you make sense; as a newcomer, she does need more polishing. Although she has worked on website projects, she did it with my help, which doesn't count as completing them alone."
Hearing this, Manager Zhang was taken aback. When he last discussed Xia Lu's issue with Luo Wentao, this wasn't his attitude.
