While waiting for someone to come pick up the little girl, Mia, and Maya had their eyes on her the entire time just in case she decided to disappear.
-Big sisters, what is that?
Qi Yue pointed at the swing since she had never seen something like that.
-This is called a swing and it is fun to use.
Mia answered.
-Then, can I try it?
The little girl asked and both girls looked at Paul for permission.
-I don't see why not but don't let her swing too hard.
Qi Yue was over the moon hearing his words.

Paul had to admit that she had excellent manners at such a young age which confirmed for him that she was most likely a young miss from a wealthy family.
Mia and Maya had fun taking care of the little girl and she had a blast using the swing.
Hearing her giggle and the girls laugh so happily he smiled, never would he predict that something as simple as a swing could bring so much joy to so many people.
Paul knew that it would be fun but not to this extent.

It didn't take long for the maid to return with two ladies who looked like twin sisters, an old man and a man in a wheelchair accompanied by two servant girls and two guards.

The little girl was reluctant as she was sure that she would be scolded but there was no way out of this and she didn't want the two big sisters and big brother to think that she was a naughty child since she liked all three of them a lot.
The little girl came before her family with her head down as she knew that she had done something wrong and now she would get an earful for it.

The only one who seemed amused by the antics of the little girl was Qi Mo who was her uncle.

Qi Yue told the truth with a pitiful voice like she was wronged here.
All her family members were momentarily disarmed by her innocent demeanor and their anger evaporated upon hearing her explanation.
In the end, she was just a child and she always wanted to do something fun.
Seeing this little interaction Paul was sure that this little girl was dotted upon by everyone in her family.
The only one who was still a bit angry was Qi Lan as her daughter's charm did not affect her as much as the rest of the family.
-Little Yue, this is no excuse to disappear and bother other people.
She said sternly and the little girl was near tears hearing her mother scolding her.
Once the tears came out of her eyes even her mother could not bring herself to scold her any further and hugged her.
At this moment there was laughter coming from Qi Mo as he could no longer take it.
Paul also was on the verge of laughing out loud when he saw how this little girl got out of trouble with nothing more than a pitiful look on her face and some crocodile tears.
This was hilarious, to say the least.
-What are you laughing about? Did you go crazy or something?
The Qi family's patriarch asked his son who had problems with breathing he was laughing so hard.
-It's so funny to watch you all being played by a little girl and none of you even suspected that she was just playing the innocent victim card.
The young man explained once he regained some control of himself.
The old patriarch was momentarily stunned as he realized that his son was telling the truth and they all fell for it.
He turned to little Yue who was looking at her uncle, like she was trying to ask why did he betray her?
As far as the clever little girl could tell the only ones who did not buy her act were her uncle and big brother Paul which shocked her a little since it had always worked on everyone before, even big sister Mia and big sister Maya fell for it.
Unfortunately for her, Qi Mo revealed everything and she was in trouble again as her family was looking at her sternly once more.
-It looks like we need to have a little talk, young lady.
Qi Lan was furious at her daughter for playing with them and also at herself for falling for her little trick.
-Everyone please calm down.
Paul said, trying to pacify the situation.
Only then did the whole Qi family remember they were in this young man's house.
Right on time, the maids came with some treats and a few cups of tea.
-Please do me the honor of having some tea with me.
Paul said using this opportunity to help the little girl out.

Qi Jun said, giving Paul a lot of face and using this opportunity to change the topic from his granddaughter as he could not bear to punish her even if she deserved it.
They all sat down at the table Paul made just not long ago and had some tea to calm themselves.

They both said and went with the little girl to play, relieved they could leave as this kind of gathering wasn't exactly their cup of tea.
