EDIVA'S BONES shivered as she heard the sound of the familiar voice. Her kidnapper. Her breath beat hard against her chest. Reacting fast, she turned and began running to the opposite direction, or more like limping to the opposite direction.
Rui landed, and she collided with his chest. Ediva's throat let out a whimper, "No! Let me go!! I have done nothing wrong."
She challenged,
Rui lifted his shoes and kicked her across the face, Ulric who wasn't inserted in torturing stood away as he watched Rui kick, punch and plow on her broken body.
"Remember to leave her alive, else, Lady Luella would do the same thing to you."
Rui suddenly stopped and stared at the maid. She was covered in both blood and sand.
She wasn't moving.
