Rhea Moore has always been goal-driven, calculating, and wise.
After the tragic deaths of her father, Eric Moore, and her close friend, Karla Wright, she directed all of her anger and resentment toward Emily Moore.
She held Emily Moore responsible for the events that led to these catastrophes.
Motivated by a desire for retribution, Rhea devised a cunning scheme to mislead their beloved and compassionate grandma, Grandma Moore, into falling victim to a trap by pretending to be a kind and loving family member.
Rhea walked to Grandmother Moore's estate, lying with composure and a calm demeanor.
Rhea softly whispered, "Grandmother," her eyes pretending to be mournful.
"I have bad news to share. Dad, he's not here anymore. We need you to be at the funeral since he passed away unexpectedly. We strongly advise the entire family to gather during this trying period, as I know you loved him dearly." She withheld the information that her father had killed himself.
When Grandmother Moore learned that her son had died, her heart broke. But secretly, she was relieved that he was gone.
Knowing that he had probably murdered sadly just as harshly as he had been while living, she didn't ask how he died.
Grandma Moore had a dreadful suspicion that her granddaughter Rhea was up to no good.
She came from the same mold as Grace Moore, her mother, who had been the power broker in their home.
Though grieved, she believed she had to be present to support the family and lament her child's passing. If she has a plan, though, she must figure out how to let Emily and Jake know she will go with Rhea.
She agreed to go with Rhea despite her condition. Despite her fatigue from the journey and her anguish over her son's passing, the elderly mother managed to persevere.
"Rhea, please go to the administration and obtain a release form. Meanwhile, I'll get someone to help me get ready. That way, we could be on our way when you return."
Taking Grandma's quiet voice at her word, Rhea went to the administrative office. Once Rhea had gone, Grandma called Emily. Regretfully, the call was unsuccessful.
She tried Jake Lewis, and the same thing happened. Grandma Moore decided to text the couple.
Once she sent the message, she immediately erased it if Rhea stole her phone and looked through her conversations and texts.
She had forgotten that she could also call Grandpa Lewis. When she recalled, Rhea was already back, and she was rushed to leave.

When they arrived at Rhea's mansion, something didn't feel right, but Grandmother Moore's nervousness clouded her perspective.
She didn't notice the terrible intentions lurking underneath her ostensibly pleasant manner since she trusted Rhea, her granddaughter.
But Grandmother Moore immediately realized she had been tricked. She couldn't identify the threat from the house, and there was no funeral.
Rhea revealed her plan as she walked her grandmother into a hidden portion of the home.
"Who is where?" Why is nobody there to express Eric's grief? Grandma Moore inquired, her voice shaking with uncertainty.
Rhea's smirk gave way to a stern, frigid glare. No funeral is held, Grandmother. However, there is something I need from you.
Grandmother Moore was about to respond when two large men came from the shadows, grabbed her arms, and led her into a closed door deep inside the estate.
The elderly woman battled, terrified and disoriented, but her frail body could not withstand the strength of her attackers.
What are you doing, Rhea? "What is this?" Her pulse was racing with worry as she wept.
Rhea's face twisted with awful enjoyment. You'll get the hang of things eventually.
Emily Moore, the root of all our pain, is responsible for the deaths of my father and Karla. She should be held accountable for all of her activities.
And you're going to help me achieve it."
Grandmother Moore was shocked to learn of her granddaughter's treachery.
Though she had previously viewed Rhea favorably, she now saw that the young lady was motivated by bitterness and retribution.
Grandmother Moore shook her head and said, "I won't help you." "Rhea, you've lost your way. Our family does not work in this way."
Rhea's expression became even more melancholy. "Oh, you will help. I need to utilize leverage on Emily, you see. You are the best weapon for compelling her hand."
Grandmother Moore was imprisoned for a few days, during which Rhea abused her, badly compromising her health.
Rhea began abusing her grandmother, refusing to provide her with the necessary care and detaining her in deplorable conditions as a result of her obsession with injuring Emily.
With each passing day, the previously confident and muscular woman's body weakened, and her soul dwindled.
Even amid anguish, Grandmother Moore remained adamantly opposed to Rhea's revenge.
Emily Moore was going about her life unaware of her grandmother's peril and the degree of Rhea's treachery. Nonetheless, Rhea knew Emily would find out soon and had to confront her.
Rhea had methodically prepared the meeting in which she wanted to subdue Emily.
Emily received a terrible message, hinting that someone close to her was in significant danger. She was horrified to discover the strange text message.
Though unsure of what was happening, she knew she had to act quickly.
She quickly checked on Aiden, Aunty Ofelia, and Uncle Earl. After verifying they were all right, she knew who Rhea was talking about. Grandmother Moore.
Emily ran to Rhea's house, Jake at her side, wanting to find out what was happening.
She was shocked when she learned that Grandmother Moore was imprisoned in a cramped space. When they came, they were greeted by a cold and crafty Rhea.
"Rhea, what's going on? What is your game?"
Rhea expressed her disdain with a wicked smile. "Emily, I have told you previously. You are totally responsible for this. You caused my father's death. Karla has left a debt to you. Now that you've ruined everything, you must make apologies."
Rhea opened the door before Emily could respond, revealing Grandmother Moore's slender figure as she lay on a little cot.
Emily approached her grandmother's side, her eyes widening with horror.
"Grandmother!" Emily cried as she knelt by the elderly woman, her heart bursting at seeing her so weak...~~
