Chapter 44 - Chapter 6: Wrath of God's

Ryuhei, the head of the Naein clan and Kanji's father, stood at a vantage point, peering down at Kanji. Kyuren, his sibling, was occupied in the town, indulging in the company of women.

Isolated in the earthly abyss, far from the support of his clan, Kanji was left alone and abandoned by his father, Ryuhei. The burden of solitude fell heavily upon his shoulders, adding an extra dimension of heaviness to the dire predicament he now faced.

In the vast expanse of the celestial sky, Zeus descended in a thunderous manner, his every step exuding the aura of a powerful and authoritative figure. His muscular form commanded attention, and his gaze fixed upon Kanji like a bolt of lightning. The air itself seemed to crackle with an electric charge as Zeus spoke, his voice booming like a crashing storm, "Kanji Naein."

Zeus started, his gaze intently fixed on Kanji. "Your actions, your displays of power and conquest, have not eluded my sight. I caution you, the road you've tread comes to a halt this very moment."

Kanji's eyes, like lifeless pearls, met Zeus's gaze, and the overwhelming presence of the god hung heavily in the air. The gravity of the situation loomed large, and Kanji braced himself to confront the unwavering determination of the deity who stood as a barrier to his path of conquest.

The battlefield became a stage for a breathtaking display of divine power as the intense confrontation unfolded. Covered in his dark crystal armor, Kanji released his formidable strength upon Zeus, the two colossal figures locking horns in a brutal display of raw might and elemental forces colliding in a spectacular whirlwind of energy.

Bolts of thundercrackled in the air, and the very heavens seemed to tremble under the weight of their clash. Both gods battled with relentless fervor, their bodies a blur of motion as they unleashed their elemental powers. The ground trembled beneath their feet, creating chasms and causing the earth to shake. The air crackled with the intensity of their struggle, each blow stronger than the last.

The very foundation of the abyss quaked as Zeus and Kanji clashed with a force that shook the earth to its core. Every hit and blow they unleashed sent resounding shockwaves rippling across the landscape, the magnitude of their might almost causing the abyss to fissure and fracture.

Amidst the chaotic battle, Zeus noted the pallor of Kanji's eyes and pondered, his mind grappling with the question that hung in the air, "Are you merely a tool for your own clan, Kanji Naein? Does your existence hold no purpose beyond serving their will?"

Faced with the daunting figure of Zeus, Kanji's voice wavered with weariness. "I..." he started, struggling to catch his breath. His voice carried a weight of resolve as he declared, "I... am not just any weapon."

With a burst of unexpected strength, Kanji lunged forward, thrusting his weapon towards Zeus's heart. As he did, he spoke, his voice filled with a mixture of defiance and revelation. "I am the son of my mother," he declared, his words hanging in the air like a challenge.

A sense of gravity lingered within the air, the impending demise of Zeus casting a shadow over the proceedings. However, the god remained unfazed, sporting a sly grin as he continued to wield his divine power in the face of Kanji's revelation.

With a sharp hand motion, Kanji invoked the power of the dark aura, manifesting it into a hand blade. He swiftly directed this blade towards Zeus's heart, severing it with a decisive strike. The god's heart crumbled, and the remnants slowly faded, leaving behind an ethereal energy that drifted away, symbolizing the end of his divine life.

Kanji, fresh from his victory against Zeus, emerged from the Abyss and found himself in the center of a grand assembly. Surrounded by an overwhelming multitude of figures, he faced trillions of angels, eight billion demons, and a formidable force of 500 gods led by Angela, Makima, and Vega. Each one of these figures held a deep sense of resolve and righteous anger in their eyes, determined to face the challenge posed by Kanji. The sheer magnitude of their numbers and formidable power added a note of determination to their confrontation.

Angela, her face a mask of determination, stepped forward, her voice clear and resolute. "Kanji Naein," she said, her words carrying a hint of cold menace. "Your reign ends here."

Kanji, meeting Angela's gaze with a cold, unblinking stare, responded matter-of-factly, "I never had a reign to begin with."
