Chapter 2 - It's a Lifestyle

Damon's POV

I stood there for a while, kicking pebbles and looking at Hela's apartment. She was gorgeous tonight.

I got into the car and drove off to the club once the light of her apartment went off. I have to unwind; I feel suffocated.

I headed to the Classic Club in midtown. Since it was the weekend, it was filled with youths trying to unwind. I parked in the underground parking lot and headed to the "VVIP Squad".

"Hey baby." Monica greeted me with a kiss on my cheek. She was the hostess of the VVIP SQUAD of the Classics Club and she knew how to satisfy each patron of the inner club.

Sensing my foul mood, she ushered me quietly into the room and signalled for two girls to follow me with drinks.

The drink was poured and I immediately gulped it down, feeling the hotness pass through my chest. I needed that.

I looked up and stared at the girls that followed me in, the both of them were trying to catch my eyes; they were both new faces. I raised my glass and one of them quickly picked up the bottle and poured me a drink. I smiled at her and signalled for her to sit beside me. The disgruntled other left the room

I might be a playboy, but I've always cared about how they look and I don't like them easy either. But I'll settle for this tonight.

Immediately the door was shut, I drew her to myself as my lips invaded her mouth. She moaned into my mouth as I carried her and placed her on my laps, grinding her opening against my groin. That felt good.

She held my head as she kissed my face, my neck, my ears. She was too willing.

I stopped abruptly as I placed her down, "let's go." I picked up my keys and phone and headed out.

She smiled shyly as she followed me out. We got into the car; there and then, I had her panting and frenzy as I took every inch of her. Pouring my frustrations of the day into her. Pleasuring her and giving her the best climax of her life.

**** Hela POV

I woke up with a banging headache.

"Gosh, my head hurts." I held my head with both my hands and groaned.

"Water. I need water." I peeped at the side table and thankfully, I had a glass of water on it. I picked it up and gulped down the entire content. It was refreshing for only a moment.

I was still trying to adjust to the brightness in the room, when the doorbell went off. Who could that be?

I closed my eyes as the nagging pain won't go away. I wish the person at the door will just go away. I turned and tried to go back to sleep, but no, the doorbell went off again.

"I'm coming. Stop pressing the bell." My voice came out in a croak. I doubt the visitor could hear me, as the bell went off again. Who is the impatient visitor? My head hurts badly.

How much did I drink last night?

"Damn." I stood up, checked the wall clock, it was just a few minutes past 7 o'clock. I trudged to the living room and opened the door. Lo and behold, it was Nora.

She pushed me inside immediately I opened the door and enveloped me in a hug.

"It's okay, Hela. It's gonna be okay." I was gonna push her away but I realised I needed that hug, so I held her tighter, nestling my head on her shoulder.

I was a bit taller than her, but it was okay. We held each other for what seem like forever, before we disentangled.

"I called you last night." I stated and she nodded.

"I'm so sorry. I knew you were seeing your mother next town, but I ended up calling you while drunk. I'm sorry, No." I apologized.

"It's okay. I'm glad you're okay. I was almost calling 911 when you were not picking up your calls nor answering the door."

I smiled at her, she was such a Drama Queen.

"Drama Queen."

"Yeah yeah. I'm a drama queen. You should have heard your voice last night and you won't be mocking me as one, but rather yourself." She pushed me away and moved inside to the living room, while I followed her.

She gasped when she saw the state the living room was in.

She turned to face me, "What did you do last night, She?" She shrieked.

I groaned at her as I also took in the state the room was in. It was an utter mess. It was a disaster.

My mind drifted back to the event of last night.

"We are here." I heard Damon's whisper and his attempt to alight from the vehicle, but, I was out of the car in seconds and ran to my apartment. There was an insane seconds where i struggled to open the door, but it refused to budge.

"Hela." Damn, he was coming towards me. I tried another key and thankfully, the door opened and I quickly went inside and shut it before he could get closer to me, bolting it from inside. The light came on immediately I came in.

I stood behind the door and heaved a big sigh i did not know I was holding. After a few minutes, I felt he must have left and I left there and went to the window, only to see that he was still there.

I stared at him hoping he would leave soon, but he just stood there, kicking pebbles and looking towards my apartment.

Sensing no movement, the light went off and I made no attempt to switch it back on.

I looked out again, to see that Damon had gotten into the limousine and left.

I had broken down totally after that. I sobbed and wailed with no one to console me.
