"What do you mean, 'I don't know'?" Maurice yelled. Olivia looked like she was about to pop a vein, "I mean I don't know!" She yelled back, "How could you lose him?" Josaphat asked as he stepped closer to Olivia somewhat annoyed.
"I didn't lose him, during our mission, we came upon a slave owner. I got ready to square up, and he tried to lower my sword to negotiate, so I elbowed him. Then they beat the slaves, so I got ready to fight, and when bullets went flying, he ran and then came back. When I questioned it, he tried to fight me... he lost then he left."
"I feel like you are lying." Olivia grabbed Josaphat, "Tell me I'm lying again." Josaphat looked angry, "Joseph was always a level-headed person. That doesn't sound like Joseph, and that's how I know you are lying! Now go back and find-" Olivia let go of Josaphat, angered at this, getting ready to kill him.
Josaphat got punched in the jaw not by Olivia but by Maurice. The punch sent him spiralling into the ground, "Joseph isn't some lost puppy; he's a person who can make his own decision, and if he wants to leave, he can. Just because she's usually the problem doesn't make her the problem now."
Josaphat looked pissed as he groaned. He started to stand up, and he took his staff off his back, ready to fight Maurice. "Calm down people." They saw the hulking mass of their leader before Josaphat put his staff away.
"Olivia made Joseph leave and she should go get him back." Josaphat tried to plead to his leader, "No. We encountered slaves, he tried to reason with them after I obviously planned to attack them. Then, when bullets started flying, he left; he then tried to fight me when I called him, and he lost, and he left."
Leyton thought, "I don't know what you want me to do Josaphat. He left when someone called him out on his alleged actions; nothing I could do. If he left on his own accord, I can't force Olivia to do shit." He said as he dusted the soot off him, and he coughed.
"Wait his horse is gone too?" Leyton shrugged, "Everyone paid for his horse so it doesn't really matter. So now that everyone's back here, what did you find Olivia?"
"A cave, he said something about 20 miles off the capital and there was a sprawling star or something like that," Josaphat spoke whilst thinking about the information that was just spewed. "So we are in the middle of the continent with Smite to the north, the capital to the West, so we'll have to go through the capital to get past the Great Wall, I assume."
Leyton spoke up, "Or we can climb?" Olivia retorted snarkily, "Shame. I left my rock climbing boots at home."
"So that's a no?"
"100 percent."
Leyton then spoke up with a sigh of annoyance, "So I've got to go back home, great." They said as they prepared to mount their horses.
