Hamo and Maria sit at her wooden kitchen table sipping tea,
"So what is it with this thing around my wrist ?" Hamo asks
Maria starts to explain,
"Sigh, ok so let me be completely honest with you, I've only seen this thing in a book that is long lost now, i saw it in a book during my studies in the now destroyed magic archives" she says in a sad tone.
She continues,
"What i read about this bracelet, I don't even know if it's real but it was stated that it's the heavenly box that could hold all the world's blessings,
Even blessings from the gods and those who defy the gods, It connects our world with heaven itself but it was never told how it works,
Only that it stores the blessing through the most pure heavenly fire, The white fire that is directly connected to the soul"
She finishes her explanation.
They both hear loud steps and loud groaning,
They both get out of the house to see what is going on.
"A FIRE GOLEM" maria screams,
She pushes Hamo out if the way, The fire golem isn't a big one, it's a low magic one that's only 4 meters in height,
"Listen hamo, i'm not a the fighting type, i'm not a mage, i'm a witch, You have to help me defeat this thing" maria screams
Hamo pulls his sword out and stands next to the witch
"What do I do now?" He yells, "use the flames of the bracelet to infuse your sword" she tells him,
"I don't know how to do that, what do I do?" he asks
The fire golem Attacks again forcing them to jump back
"Just think about channeling the flames to your sword, like flowing water, this bracelet might be special but it works just like any normal elemental weapon" maria says to him in haste,
Hamo closes his eyes and remembers the bear incident and immediately his body reacts and the bracelet sends slivers of flames around his sword, "It worked!" he says in excitement
"Ok i'm going to distract it and when the time is right plung your sword into its back crystal, low level golems have very obvious weaknesses" maria instructs him
Maria casts low level ice magic to distract the fire golem and as he is attacking her while she dodges and uses barriers, Hamo takes the opportunity and gets the jump on the golem sticking his pure fire sword into it's back crystal,
Something strange happened, instead of the golem losing its light and falling as lifeless rocks, the fire of the sword runs through its fire cracks purifying it and the golem starts to scream,
"Hamo get off it's back, it will explode" maria yells
Hamo jumps off its back and the golem explodes into a small rain of harmless embers.
