Sung-hoon closed the blinds to Jae-wook's room. They had just gotten back from the hospital and it was already dark. He had helped Jae-wook up the stairs before tucking him in. He turned on some dim lights as he went to check on Jae-wook.
The doctor had given him some pills that made him drowsy. He fell asleep as soon as his body was under the covers. He stood up after confirming Jae-wook was comfortable.
He looked around the room.
The bed was placed in the center of the room with a large king sized bed with a window leading to a balcony behind it. Around the bed were large closets and a door leading to the bathroom. In front of the bed was a desk with only a lamp on it.
The room has a grey, white and black theme going on.
It was the first time he entered Jae-wook's room. It didn't have anything extraordinary maybe he just didn't want possible retailers to come in. He was just about to leave when he noticed some light from the corner.
He walked towards it and there was a handle. Thinking maybe it was a walk in closet he opened it but to his surprise it was another room although it was slightly smaller. There were art pieces on different canvases but ,they were all covered. There was also a big canvas at the front but it was also covered.
He was about to uncover one of the art pieces he heard Jae-wook cough stopping him in his tracks. He stepped away from the painting and walked out of the room closing the door behind him.
He walked back to the kitchen to prepare something for Jae-wook since he hadn't eaten the whole day. He made some rice soup and added some more ingredients to make it a bit taster. He also prepared his medicine and a bit of the lemon water he had made in the morning.
He walked up the stairs with the tray.
He put in the code and entered. He saw Jae-wook was trying to sit up.
Jae-wook watched as Sung-hoon rushed to place the tray on the bedside table before seating on the bed beside him. He placed a pillow behind Jae-wook to help him sit up better.
"I thought you were asleep."
"I have slept enough." Jae-wook said in a raspy voice. He looked at the bowl Sung-hoon had brought.
Sung-hoon quickly took the bowl with a smile.
" I will help you take it." He said as he took the which soup spoon and scopes up some of it.
" I can do it." Jae-wook said as he tried to take the bowl from Sung-hoon but Sung-hoon pushed his hand away and brought the bowl closer to himself.
"Just let me help you." He said his voice calm and comforting. Jae-wook finally agreed. He nodded his head slightly.
Sung-hoon feed Jae-wook a few mouthfuls before he started complaining that he was full after some encouragement he took a few more mouthfuls leaving only a bit in the bowl. Sung-hoon helped him take his medication before he finally left leaving the small jar of lemon water and a glass behind.
Sung-hoon had just gotten downstairs when his phone rung.
"How is Jae-wook I heard from manager Kim he was sick and you rushed him to the hospital. " she asked frantically her voice was filled with worry.
"He is fine he just ate and took his medication."
"He did?" Se-hee exclaimed shocked by the information.
"Yes he did."
"Well that's a first." She said a hint of admiration in her voice.
"Both you and the manager seem shocked." He stated he put the phone on speaker and started loading the dishwasher with dishes.
He mostly did the dishes by hand but he was tired from the day and would not be able to do them.
"Rightfully so. He is a stubborn person. First you took him from his schedule and forced him to go to the hospital then you made him eat and take his medication. "
"Does he not do that?" He asked a bit confused by her words. Was it not normal if you are sick you take care of yourself and go to the hospital.
"He hasn't taken good care of himself since....." her voice suddenly cut at the last words as she realised what she was saying.
"Since what?" Sung-hoon asked as he took the phone and put it back on his ear.
"Nothing. Nothing. Take care of him for me I will drop by tomorrow. " with that she cut the call.
Sung-hoon looked at the phone confused but brushed it off as he took some chicken from the fridge and made some noddle soup for his dinner.
It was already eleven when Sung-hoon decided to retire. After eating his meal he had sat down to read through some scripts and had watched a bit of TV.
He yawned as he walked up the stairs.
He peaked into Jae-wook's room to check if he was still doing okay. He noticed that he was uncovered on one side. He walked in making sure to make as little noise as possible. He saw he had drunk half of the lemon water which was a good sign.
He grabbed the cover and was just about to cover him when Jae-wook held his hand in a tight grip.
"Don't go." Sung-hoon looked at him surprised by his action.
He thought maybe he was dreaming or hallucinating so he tried to remove Jae-wook's grip from his hand but the grip only got tighter.
"Jae-wook." Sung-hoon whispered trying to get him to let go but it didn't have any affect and he felt guilty for trying to wake him up.
With a sigh he sat on the bed hoping that somehow he would let his hand go.
Seconds turned to minutes and minute to hours. By the time Jae-wook let go of his hand Sung-hoon was lying on the bed overtaken by exhaustion and sleep.
It was already two I'm the morning when Jae-wook looked beside him and saw Sung-hoon next to him fast asleep.
He carefully helped him adjust his position and lifed his legs on the bed despite his sick state before covering him. After this Jae-wook moved a bit on the other side giving Sung-hoon to sleep in.
It had been a while since he let anyone step into his room or even lay on his bed. Since the last person he never had the courage to let anyone in. He didn't quite understand what was going on with him but one thing is for sure he didn't feel uncomfortable or bothered as he did with his previous partners.
He looked beside him to see Sung-hoon's peaceful face lying beside him and warmth filled his heart. He quickly brushed it off as the result of the drugs the doctor gave him and went back to staring at the ceiling.
The night they slept together was one of the most fun he had with another person in a long time. Most of the time when he did engage in sex they ment nothing. He forgot about it almost immediately. But since that night whenever he saw Sung-hoon he would picture him below him. He was the most captivating and inviting person he had met for such a long time. He excused it with the fact that he had seen Sung-hoon being vulnerable around him and he may have gotten emotionally attached.
He rolled around on the bed and turned away. He closed his eyes as he tried to get some more rest before dawn just then he felt something grab onto him pulling him towards the warm body as the arms and legs wrapped around him securing him in place. He felt his hot breath tickle the back of his neck as he lag there paralyzed with his eyes wide.
He didn't know how to react. He had never been in this situation before. When he was in a serious relationship he was the one doing the cuddling or he just didn't he would just end up leaving after they had their fun.
His heart raced a bit as Sung-hoon pulled him even closer.
That would explain why he had so many pillows he was a hugger!
After sometime Jae-wook gave in to his fate as he became more comfortable and drowsy and they ended up falling asleep in each other's arms.
Sung-hoon groaned as he rubbed his eyes as he let out a yawn. He was about to stretch his hand when he felt something heavy lying on it.
He looked beside him to see Jae-wook sleeping peacefully on his arm as his head was buried in Sung-hoon's neck. His breath was slow and peaceful. His arms were around Sung-hoon's chest.
Sung-hoon could feel his hand going numb from supporting Jae-wook.
But why was he with jae-wook?
He looked around and came to the realisation it wasn't his room. He pieced it together. He fell asleep waiting for Jae-wook to let him go and yet there they were snuggles up against each other.
Sung-hoon rubbed his face before he looked beside him. He reached out with his left hand and took his phone from the table beside the bed. He checked the time. It was already past nine.
Since he didn't really have a schedule till the following day he didn't worry about it much.
He placed the phone back and looked at Jae-wook's sleeping form.
He wasn't bad looking in fact he was truly handsome. No wonder fans flocked around him.
He thought.
Jae-wook had natural jet back hair but he had added blue highlights at the edges which gave it some character.
Sung-hoon unconsciously moved his hair back from Jae-wook's forehead just as Jae-wook opened his eyes.
They both lay there staring into each other's eyes.
Sung-hoon suddenly removed his hand from under Jae-wook and sat up while looking away.
His ears had red tints expressing his embarrassment. Jae-wook sat up on the bed as he cleared his throat. Sung-hoon stood up from the bed and turned to look at jae-wook but not directly into his eyes. His eyes shifted as he avoided eye contact.
"What would you like for breakfast. "
"Anything will do."
"Okay." With that Sung-hoon rushed out of the room after grabbing his phone.
Jae-wook let out a chuckle as he watched him rush out.
