I carefully felt around under the pillow with my hand, and when I touched a cold silver fork, I breathed a sigh of relief. I had hidden it one day during a meal, and to my surprise, it really came in handy.
I pulled out the silver fork from the pillow and without hesitation, I thrust it into Jack's back of the neck. Blood spurted out, the sticky liquid dyeing my hands red. The Jack who was holding me loosened his grip and, in a daze, touched the back of his neck, his eyes staring at me with venom, "You're trying to kill me."
"What if I am." I said, then jumped out of his arms and ran desperately towards the door.
"You won't escape."
I disregarded Jack's words and ran full split out of the room, once outside, my eyes lit up as I sprinted towards the main gate. As I approached the gate, my breathing quickened, not sure if it was excitement or tension, but my blood was boiling throughout my body. I was about to escape, to flee from this den of evil.
Ah.
Darkness enveloped the entire villa. The entrance, which should have been unoccupied, suddenly produced a figure. Distracted by something behind me, I ran straight into the person, but I could feel that their stance was steady, and they wouldn't be knocked over by me. Instead, it was I who stumbled back from the impact.
I fell to the side but was supported by someone at the waist, preventing me from falling to the ground. However, the person, who should have been fine, suddenly fell heavily to the ground.
Hiss, that hurts.
Hearing a sound next to me, I ignored the person supporting me and instinctively bowed my head to look down. In the dark environment, I could only make out that I had collided with a small girl. She smoothed out the wrinkles on her skirt with a fan in her hand, while giving me a sharp glance.
"I'm sorry, I'm sorry." I subconsciously bowed in apology.
An apology is no use...
"Sally, why are you here?" The girl hadn't finished speaking when the person supporting me spoke up first. Only then did I look up abruptly and realize that, with those sharp jawlines, it could only be Jack.
All my strength suddenly vanished, and a chill spread from my feet to the rest of my body. I leaned against Jack like a broken doll, unable to escape. Would I not be able to get away from him?
"Jack, are you unhappy to see me, and it was this woman who knocked me over..." The girl in front of me was still excusing herself, but I couldn't listen and only tried to minimize my presence.
"Snap." The living room light was suddenly switched on by someone, and the dazzling light instantly illuminated the magnificent hall, bright and clear. I watched as bright red blood flowed from the fresh wound on Jack's snow-white skin, and I guiltily averted my gaze.
"Which mouse dares to push my little princess Sally?" A man leaned against the door, his dark, shiny skin, colorful shirt carelessly draped over his exposed abdominal muscles, with a pair of sunglasses perched on his brown hair. He Mocked me with a glance and then we faced each other in silence.
"What are you two doing here? Go back." Jack rubbed his temples with a headache's expression, speaking irritably to the man opposite him, but by his tone, it seemed he was quite familiar with the other man.
Didn't you ask me to come and drink with you? Now you're chasing people away. But with such an intense situation, why is this little mouse your lover? She's quite the looker, but the incident of her pushing Sally can't just be let go. I need to punish her properly.
When the last few words were spoken, the muscular man suddenly rushed forward, pulling me out of Jack's arms and grabbing my neck, then began to gradually tighten his grip.
He narrowed his long eyes and looked at me with great interest, while the veins in his hands became increasingly prominent. Feeling the immense power on my neck, I tried to pull his hand away but could not budge this iron arm.
Mm.
The air in my lungs became thinner and thinner. I thought I was going to be choked to death when suddenly I felt him loosen his grip on my neck, "Ha... ha... ha," I fell to the ground gasping for breath.
"You can't bear to see her like this, look at how disheveled she is. Shall I take her and help you train her?" The muscular man, with eyes also golden, looked at Jack who had pulled his hand away, the corner of his mouth curving slightly as if he were looking at a joke.
Jack lowered his gaze, released his grip on Walker's hand, and smoothed out the wrinkles in his shirt, then casually glanced at me and answered leisurely, "No, just a plaything, but Walker, I must remind you that your bite is unusually sharp."
"Never mind, I'll help her grind it down. Come on, Sally, let's go home with me." Walker seemed satisfied, revealing a malicious smile as he casually waved his hand, squatted down, and lifted me onto his shoulder to walk out.
"Jack." I couldn't believe my eyes; Jack just handed me over to someone else.
But I had a premonition that falling into the other person's hands would not be good. In my desperation, I had to beg Jack to change his mind, but suddenly I felt a sharp pain in my neck and then lost consciousness. In the last moment, I seemed to see Jack's lips move; would he save me?
Splash her with water to wake her up.
I was instantly clear-headed by the icy water poured over my head, the stench of decay around me causing me to retch again. I opened my eyes to find myself locked in a black basement, surrounded by walls, with the only exit being a iron gate with a chair in front of it. Sally, in a pink poufy skirt, crossed her legs and looked down at me with disdain, holding a long black whip in her hand.
"Dear sister, I hadn't even had a taste of this man before you brought him here." Only then did I notice Walker leaning against the corner, smiling as he appraised me. His gaze was like a venomous snake, slimy and disgusting, so I averted my eyes to avoid looking at him.
" Slut, daring to seduce Jack." Sally paid no attention to his jest and suddenly stood up, coming to stand in front of me. She swung the whip, and in an instant, the long whip struck my body, the black barbs on the whip tearing away large chunks of flesh as it moved.
It hurts so much.
The intense pain caused me to curl up and hug myself tightly, while Sally continued to curse me incessantly, her hands never stopping, strike after strike. I couldn't make out what she was saying, nor did I have the strength to argue.
Time seemed to pass very slowly, with each strike's pain feeling so vivid, I would faint and then quickly be awakened by the salt water.
This went on for an indeterminate amount of time, with the pain clearly transmitted to every pore, until Sally finally stopped her actions and left. But before I could catch my breath, I saw in my blurred vision several people walk in, saying, "Miss, let's deal with her."
Yes.
After a few rough male voices, I felt myself being lifted and dragged outside. Were they talking about me? Was Sally going to kill me? I wanted to open my eyes to see their faces, but these people had already covered my eyes, leaving me to see only a black strip of cloth.
Here, throw her down.
The moment the other person finished speaking, a sudden sensation of falling made me scream out loud. The weak voice, originally not very loud, seemed so clear in the empty valley. I struggled with my hands, and many branches cushioned the impact of my fall, yet it was still impossible to avoid landing at the bottom of the cliff.
As I hit the ground, it felt as if my bones were fracturing one by one, and the intense pain in my stomach caused me to faint immediately.
