"Why here?" Evan asked with a bewildered look. The two appear in a dark place that has a very rusty smell as if the place would collapse at any moment.
"You don't want others listening to our conversation yes?" Alexandra replied with a question of her own.
"I mean yeah..." Evan blushed. 'She's still holding my hand.'
"That's why I brought us to this abandoned warehouse." She finished with no intention of letting go of Evan's hand.
"You must have a lot of questions." She soon smiled, leading Evan to sit on a chair before sitting right next to him.
"Was everything that happened last night real?" Evan could not help but ask even though he already knew the answer.
"You already experienced the Mount Phantom Disaster so why are you asking the obvious?" Alexandra nodded her head while sighing.
"You know about the Mount Phantom Disaster?!" Evan exclaimed with surprise.
"Yes." She answered, but soon ruined all of Evan's hopes. "However, I am not allowed to say a word about it."
"If you wish to know about it then you must become a manager class of the association."
"For now though, it's best if you work towards becoming an elite-senior class member. Only then will the association recognize your worth."
"Next question."
"What is this association? What is our objective?"
"The Spirit Hunter Association is an ancient organization dating before the birth of Dorian Silverblade. As for our objective, it is to protect benevolent spirits and hunt down evil spirits."
She turns towards Evan before continuing, "That demon you saw is neither benevolent nor evil. It is what we call a depraved spirit."
There are four types of spirits in this world.
The first and probably the weakest are Benevolent Spirits. These are white-garment spirits that have not been corrupted before their deaths.
They may be the weakest of the three, but some benevolent spirits can be born with special abilities that are helpful to spirit-wielders. For instance, The Spirit Hunter Association has a benevolent spirit known as Lan who can download an app on others phone's without them knowing. This app sends signals to spirit hunters about the location of other benevolent spirits in need of help and evil spirits to be hunted. Lan can also operate as a GPS to quickly obtain the location of anyone who has the app downloaded on their phone. She can be even quicker if a spirit wielder were to snap a picture of their current location.
The second type of spirit is known as Eidolon Spirits. These spirits are heroes and gods of the past. They live in the spirit world and use what is known as spirit qi as their source of power.
The third type is Evil Spirits which are similar to Eidolon Spirits except that they are all villains and evil gods of the past. Just like Eidolon Spirits, they have their own source of power known as evil qi.
Apart from benevolent spirits - eidolon spirits and evil spirits need a vessel to continue living in the human world. If not, then eidolon spirits will return back to the spirit world and evil spirits will have to wait a very long period, possibly tens to hundreds of years to be resurrected again. This is because evil spirits were cast outside of the spirit world by a very powerful being. Now they're cursed to forever stay in the human world.
If eidolon spirits were to die in the human world, then they would be resurrected back in the spirit world, if the opposite were to happen and their human host were to die then they would still return to the spirit world, having to wait to be summoned by a human once again.
As for benevolent spirits, if they die then that's the end of it for them. Since benevolent spirits were once humans they are attached to earth. Unless they become an evil spirit by consuming other spirits there is no way for them to be revived again. As for becoming an eidolon spirit, that is impossible. Even if that spirit was a hero during their time alive and somehow managed to become an eidolon spirit by some miracle they would not gain the recognition of the spirit world.
Lastly, Depraved Spirits. These are spirits that reside in hell and unlike the three spirits, they do not need a physical body to stay long periods in the human world. That's because as demons, they have their own physical bodies, the only difference between them and humans is that just like spirits they cannot be seen by regular humans.
Depraved Spirits utilized what is called hell qi, energy from hell to stay for long periods in the human world.
Because of their lustful desires, they are no different than evil spirits, in fact they are worse than evil spirits - consuming spirit's bodies and eating human souls.
"Any more questions?" Alexandra asked once more.
"That's a lot to take in." Evan muttered to himself but didn't spend too long on it. He already gained a basic understanding of the information.
"You and that demon kept talking about Spirit Wielders. Is it similar to the link I feel with Sam?" He inquired. Before this, Evan tried getting any info he could out of Sam and all he learned was that Sam just had a strange feeling if he swallowed his blood the two would become stronger.
Speaking of Sam, he thought of leaving the two soon-to-be married couple alone, but hearing his name and the topic about his link with Evan he couldn't help but eavesdrop on them.
Sam truly never leaves Evan's side.
"Spirit Wielders are special people who can summon spirits based on certain traits. All I know is that spirits are summoned due to similarities shared between them and their wielder. It could be their personality or ambitions or something else entirely. Alexandra said before continuing, "Spirit Wielders can become stronger through their spirit. They can even use their spirits abilities, though to a lesser degree."
"As for you and Sam. All I can say is that you two are abnormal. Sam's soul was consumed by that demon so he should not be alive as a spirit. As for you, your spirit qi is so vast. It is like an expansive, unending sea that you can't even utilize. Even heroes of the past would feel envious of your spirit qi." She sighed, feeling a trace of jealousy.
"You two are just weird."
"That's a weird thing to say don't you think Sam?" Evan chuckled, turning to Sam to see him nodding his head in agreement.
"Any more questions?" Not comprehending what's so funny she stated.
"Alexandra..."
"Please call me Alexa." She smiled, not accepting a no for an answer causing Evan to nod in defeat.
"Alexa.... Are you really my fiancé?" Evan asked the real question that was on his mind.
Alexandra only smiled charmingly at him while holding his hand more warmly making him gulp, a feverish heat rising to his head.
"Is it that hard to believe?"
"Yes..." He murmured before saying, "Why do you like me? I am sure we never met until yesterday..." He remarked in a baffled manner.
"You will know in the future." She commented before putting on a solemn look.
"There are two reasons I came to Mount Phantom actually. One is to meet you and the other reason is because I was sent on a mission to eliminate seven individuals from Ghost Asylum Group at this school." She said, putting on her cold expression once more before letting go of Evan's hand, and distancing herself from him.
It's as if she was taken over by an entirely different person, confusing Evan.
"Starting from today you will work under me." Alexandra commanded as she typed a few stuff on her phone.
Moments later, Evan's phone rang. Grabbing it out of his pocket, he saw a mysterious app download on his phone with a notification.
Tapping on the app, his entire information was revealed.
"This is quite scary." Evan muttered. From his body data, and date of birth to his personal hobbies and hidden secrets. Everything was revealed to him.
Mission: Discover the seven Ghost Asylum Group members at Mount Phantom High School and report it to a Manager Class and up! - Reward: Promoted from Recruit Class to Personnel Class!

Beware of Authority!
"Authority?" Evan squinted his eyes noticing the familiar name.
"Oh right." Alexandra facepalmed herself before explaining, "There are also Authority members hiding amongst the students and staff here. I am sure you already know who Authority is from the media and what the demon said last night, but let me give you a word of advice."
"Try your best to hide your identity as a spirit wielder and spirit hunter from them or else you will become a wanted criminal for the rest of your life until you are dead." She uttered with a dead stare, causing Evan to wonder what he had gotten himself into!
"Now that you have no more questions go back to class. When you get home we will be unlocking your true spirit."
