Chapter 47 - Chapter 0047: Exercising the Body

```
An Yuying noticed that Luo Yang's gaze wasn't fixed ahead but rather on her, and she thought joyfully to herself, "His melancholic eyes are so enchanting, you could fall for him with just one glance. If he truly has feelings for me, I would entrust my life to him."
After pondering, she said with a smile, "Niu Zai, why aren't you running properly? It's embarrassing when you're looking at someone like that."
Luo Yang replied with an embarrassed laugh, "I am running."
Amidst their casual conversation, they saw a motorcycle approaching from a distance. On closer inspection, it was Qin Piao who was riding it.
As she drew nearer, Luo Yang stopped to greet her, "Sister Piao, are you out shopping for groceries so early?"
Qin Piao also stopped her bike. She was wearing a V-neck short-sleeved printed T-shirt, with a deep ravine across her chest that appeared endless. Her round buttocks were seated on the bike, straining her black leggings, with the full curves of her thighs exuding vigorous youth, as if they were about to burst through the fabric.
"No. I'm out looking for a job. It's been several days, and I still haven't found one; it's so annoying." Qin Piao exhaled lightly, her eyes sweeping over Luo An and harboring a flash of envy before she changed the subject, "Are you two out for a run?"
"Yeah. Sister Piao, would you be interested in working as a server at a bar?" Luo Yang asked.
He had seen a help wanted sign outside Zhu Li's bar.
"I would, but I don't have any work experience. Would they take me?" Qin Piao blinked her eyes.
"They should. I'll take you for an interview this afternoon," Luo Yang offered enthusiastically.
Upon hearing this, Qin Piao's pretty face suddenly brightened with moisture, taking on a rosiness that replaced the previous gloom. Her eyes shone as well.
She had her doubts, but the thought of Luo Yang's care for her filled her with contentment.
"Niu Zai, would you have time to teach me martial arts today?" Qin Piao said with a smile.
Luo Yang asked An Yuying if she wanted to practice martial arts, and since she too was interested, they agreed to meet Qin Piao at the village's end on the grass field for training.
Qin Piao then turned her motorcycle around to head home and change clothes.
Once Qin Piao had left, An Yuying said in a voice tinged with envy, "Niu Zai, you seem quite close to her. So you have such a good relationship."
Luo Yang chuckled, "I've entrusted my money to you, so you tell me who I'm close with."
After some thought, An Yuying's pouting red lips relaxed into a smile, and she teasingly asked Luo Yang how he got to be on such good terms with Qin Piao.
Luo Yang then recounted the incident of Tang Jie trying to bully Qin Piao on the village path.
As they conversed, they had reached the end of the village.
There was a wide grassy area there, lush and green, with hardly any stones on the ground, making it less likely for one to get hurt even if rolling around.
Having run a few hundred meters, An Yuying's cheeks were flushed with vigor, her eyes deep and sparkling with intelligence. Her chest rhythmically rose and fell - each heave seemed barely contained by her clothing.
Their gazes met briefly, and though it was but a fleeting moment, a myriad of meanings were exchanged, as if they were receiving enlightening insights, feeling thoroughly relaxed and indescribably joyous.
A smile, a look - either could send one's heart fluttering.
Standing by An Yuying's side and catching whiffs of her body fragrance, Luo Yang chuckled, "Sister An, do all young girls smell as nice as this?"
An Yuying pouted her red lips playfully and replied with a grin, "Who knows? I haven't noticed any fragrance on myself."
Seeing Luo Yang about to lean in and sniff her chest, she hurriedly put out her hand to block his nose.
"Giggle, you're so weird. Who sniffs like that?"
"It really smells great; the more I smell it, the more invigorated I feel. Sister An, from now on, I want to smell your scent every day."
At this, An Yuying laughed heartily, showing her pearly teeth, her eyes brimming with clear amusement as she playfully swayed and waved her hands, saying no way.
After a while, Qin Piao arrived.
She, too, was dressed in a sporty outfit, a T-shirt and tracksuit bottoms, nearly identical in color to An Yuying's sky blue, seemingly intentional to provoke a comparison and decide who wore it better.
An Yuying had the advantage of natural purity, while Qin Piao exuded a stronger sense of maturity, with fuller, more emphatic body curves.
The two of them were about the same age, but their eyes told different stories. An Yuying's were clear and bright, whereas Qin Piao's had a layer of worldly wisdom, as if tinged with a seasoned flavor.
The Shennong Scripture describes the method to practice the Horse Stance, which is used to cultivate the body.
"In martial arts, one must first train the lower body. The quality of the lower body training determines the level of one's martial arts, with stability in support and striking ability being key indicators of martial arts proficiency. The Horse Stance is precisely the foundation for training the lower body."
Luo Yang then instructed An Qin to practice the Horse Stance, and they stood side by side.
"Open your feet at a 15-degree angle, and ensure they're as wide as your shoulders."
As Luo Yang instructed, he walked behind An Qin and used his foot to adjust theirs, ensuring the distance between their feet matched the width of their shoulders.
"Now, squat down slightly."
