Chapter 9 - Chapter 5 - The Beginning of the Journey

Ten years have passed since the tumultuous events in the Demon Realm. Midoki, now of age, begins his training to become a Holy Knight of Lior. His mastery of the Laws of the Shinrei of Eminence makes him an extraordinary promise.

At the age of 19, Midoki decides to travel on his own in search of improvement and, at the request of King Canvos, his father, to form his own order of Holy Knights, which will be composed of thirteen members.

Midoki, upon entering the Elven Forest, is greeted with suspicious looks and cautious gestures. However, his imposing presence and the serenity that emanates from his aura end up calming the elves' initial concerns. Led by Elyndor, a wise and respected elf, they share their concerns about the growing threats in the kingdom.

Elyndor, the wise leader of the elves, approaches, curious about the young human who seemed so at ease in this enchanted environment.

- Elyndor: "You are different from the others who have passed through these lands, Midoki," - his voice sounding like the whisper of the wind among the leaves. - "I sense in you an ancient strength and, at the same time, a promise of something new."

- Midoki, keeping a firm but respectful gaze, answers: "I come with the intention of learning, but also of protecting. I know that your forest is under threats that few understand. If you allow me, I would like to help."

- Elyndor, impressed by Midoki's sincerity and latent power, smiles slightly and says: "Help is always welcome, especially when offered by someone who carries so much potential. However, the forest has its own rules and secrets. What exactly do you seek, young knight?"

- Midoki, thoughtful, lowers his head for a moment before answering: "I seek wisdom to lead and protect those who are dear to me. I want to form an order that fights not only for kingdoms, but for harmony among all creatures and beings in this world."

The King of the Elves watches Midoki closely, his eyes shining with a mixture of curiosity and respect.

- Elyndor: "You speak from the heart, something rare in times of unbridled ambition. We elves value our bonds with nature and the balance it brings. If your intentions are true, perhaps we can teach you some lessons that go beyond brute force and power. Gyahahahahahahahaha"

From that moment on, a strong relationship begins to develop between Midoki and Elyndor. The wise elf sees in Midoki not only an ally, but a possible guardian of traditions and peace in times to come. Elyndor decides to open the doors of the forest to Midoki, allowing him to learn more about the ancient techniques and wisdom of the elves.

As the days pass, Elyndor shares with Midoki stories and ancient knowledge, showing him the secrets of the forest and teaching him to understand the signs of nature. In return, Midoki shares his vision of a world where elves, humans, and other races can coexist in harmony, protecting each other from the threats that arise.

This exchange of experiences and values reinforces the mutual respect between the two. Midoki comes to see Elyndor as a mentor and friend, while Elyndor begins to believe that the young knight may be the key to a safer and more balanced future for all beings on "Gaia" ("Earth" for Humans/"Outside" for Demons).

In the shadow of the Elven Forest, a Dark Elf known as Thaldirur, whose name means "Treacherous Shadow", plots a sinister plot. He harbors a dark ambition to overthrow the respected King Elyndor, wishing to take over the forest for his own dark purposes.

Thaldirur, skilled in stealth and forbidden spiritual techniques, conspires deep within the forest, forming a secret alliance with dark beings. Their intent is to undermine the king's authority, without the elves initially realizing it.

In the heart of the Elven Forest, Midoki witnesses a moment of great importance. The wife of the Elven King, Eliondar, finds herself in a peaceful retreat, enveloped in an aura of nature's magic as she gives birth to her daughter. The atmosphere is charged with the forest's unique magical energy, amplifying the beauty of this event.

Midoki, respecting the privacy and sacredness of the moment, stands at a distance, silently observing. The newborn daughter is greeted with soft chants from the elves around her, echoing nature's blessings upon this new life.

This encounter, marked by an atmosphere of magic and rebirth, inspires Midoki to contemplate the complexity of family bonds and the importance of protecting not only kingdoms, but also the lives that flourish beneath the canopy of the enchanted forest.

With this promise of return, Midoki leaves the Elven Forest, carrying with him the mission of gathering soldiers for his new order of holy knights. His destiny takes him to places still unknown, and the future holds challenges and discoveries in store for his journey.
