It's often said that people gain clarity in their final moments, and Satoru felt this truth keenly at that instant. As he lay dying, a sudden flash of inspiration struck his fading mind, reminding him of something crucial.
That's right! The data on the computer hard drive! With his last ounce of strength, the dying Satoru pleaded with Alexander, who stood before him.
"My friend, please... do me a favor. My computer at home... no matter what, whether it gets submerged in water or thrown into fire, it must be destroyed! Please!"
Satoru mustered all his remaining strength to discuss the matter that weighed most heavily on his mind. But as Alexander listened, his face was a mix of shock and disbelief.
"Brother, you're on the brink of death! Why are you so worried about study materials? But I'll fulfil your wish."
Seeing that Alexander finally grasped his request, Mikami Satoru managed a weak smile. "Thank you... by the way... what's your name?"
"My name is Alexander."
"Alexander..." Mikami Satoru's eyes widened at the name, but before he could say another word, he took his final breath. As his life slipped away, he would never understand what all of this truly meant.
"Goodbye, Rimuru. I hope we meet somewhere."
Alexander whispered looking at the man who had already passed.
And at that moment, a voice called out to him.
"Satoru-san!"
Seiya ran over excitedly, but all he saw was Mikami Satoru's lifeless body. Seeing the man who had just spoken to him now lying dead, Seiya couldn't help but be overwhelmed with emotion.
"Satoru-san! You're so unlucky! Why did you have to run around?"
Alexander stood silently, thinking, 'Bro, if it weren't for you, Satoru would have happily gone to the Otherworld to be a adorable demon lord. But now…'
"Alright, Seiya, don't be sad. Satoru isn't dead; he's just gone to another world." Alexander's words brought some comfort to Seiya, who, despite having only met Satoru once, felt a pang of sorrow as the man was the first person he encountered in this world.
But Seiya was not one to wallow in sadness. Nodding silently, he said, "Don't worry, sir. No need to comfort me. I hope there will be no such thing as suffering in the underworld of this world."
'Boy, there are no Hades in this world's underworld, and you completely misunderstood what I said.' Alexander thought. But he decided not to explain further. 'Maybe I should draw a story about the slime reincarnation when I get back. Who knows, I might even end up time-traveling.'
But before dealing with anything else, Alexander turned his attention back to Seiya.
At that moment, a voice echoed in Alexander's mind.
"Ding dong, congratulations to the master for encountering a descendant, the star of the Saint Seiya world. You've earned the reward of the sixth sense of the star."
'Sixth sense? That one?' Alexander looked at Seiya in front of him. He knew that Seiya possessed two abilities: the sixth sense and the Pegasus Armor he wore.
However, what Alexander desired more than the holy cloth was the sixth sense or Intuition. After all, the Pegasus Meteor Fist was a childhood dream for him. Many who grew up in the 1980s or 90s probably shouted out the names of Saint Seiya moves like "Pegasus Meteor Fist" or " Rising Dragon Lord" during their youth.
Don't think the Bronze Saints are weak. The animation of that era might not have allowed for exaggerated expressions, but in reality, the Bronze Saints were quite formidable according to the lore.
