Chapter 104 - Chapter 104-105: Summoning Rin?!

In the Tohsaka household, Rin returned home with her two younger sisters and their mother Aoi, but there was no immediate response to their arrival. Rin recalled that it was time to summon the heroic spirit tonight, and her father Tokiomi would likely be preparing the magic circle in the basement.

Acknowledging the imminent commencement of the Holy Grail War, Rin turned to her mother. "Mother, take Sakura and little Sakura to your hometown and hide. I'll have Archer protect you. Remember, don't return to Fuyuki City for any reason during this time."

Aoi nodded in agreement, understanding that her presence would only pose a risk to Rin and Sakura. Meanwhile, Rin held her younger self's hand, reflecting on the impending conflict despite her advanced knowledge of the future events.

Rin was well aware of her father's plan to seek refuge with her maternal family and understood its necessity. However, her concerns lingered, as the unpredictability of the butterfly effect weighed on her mind.

"Rin, can I trust you? Can you promise me that you will keep father safe?"

"Of course," Tohsaka Rin touched Loli Rin's little head, "That's why I travel back in time."

Listening to Big Rin's words, Loli Rin couldn't help laughing happily, "Sure enough, I still like the reliable you the most!"

Listening to Loli Rin's words, Rin also showed a smile. She patted her underdeveloped chest and said confidently, "Don't worry, leave it to me, I will definitely not let you down! I am Tohsaka Rin , the most reliable!"

Looking at Rin, who was bragging about herself in front of her child self, little Sakura on the side sighed silently. Sure enough, did her personality not change at all after she grew up?

As Rin and Aoi prepared to depart, Sakura sighed silently, noting Rin's consistent personality traits even as an adult.

Meanwhile, in the basement, Tokiomi and Kirei were busy sketching the magic circle. Kirei questioned Tokiomi's decision not to summon Gilgamesh, considering his unparalleled power. Tokiomi, having watched the anime, was determined not to summon Gilgamesh, opting for a different strategy to ensure victory.

As Tokiomi initiated the summoning ritual, Rin unexpectedly arrived in the basement. Witnessing the ceremony unfold, she realized that her father was summoning a heroic spirit.

"—The seven heavens surrounding you, the three spirits of words, descend from the wheel of restraint, guardian of the scale———!"

Amidst the summoning ritual, a powerful wind enveloped the basement as lightning crackled overhead. The magic circle illuminated brightly, and a figure materialized within it. To Tokiomi's shock, the summoned servant bore a striking resemblance to Rin herself.

Perplexed by the uncanny resemblance, Tokiomi muttered in disbelief, "How is this possible? My servant... Why does it look exactly like my daughter? "How many of my daughters exist in this dimension?!""

Ishtar, the legendary deity associated with beauty, harvest, and lust, as well as the one who unleashed the celestial bull, was well-known due to the conflicts between her and Gilgamesh.

Tohsaka Tokiomi observed the figure before him, which was both strange and familiar. It bore a striking resemblance to his daughter but exuded a distinct ancient aura with its attire and confident demeanor.

Addressing Tokiomi, Ishtar declared, "I am Ishtar, the goddess of Venus, revered with fear and respect."

Tokiomi was taken aback. "What! A goddess?!"

Meanwhile, Rin couldn't contain her disbelief. "You! You're Ishtar! But why do you look exactly like me?!"

Ishtar responded by conjuring a mirror and examining their identical reflections. Acknowledging the similarity, she nodded in understanding.

"Ah, I see. How intriguing," she remarked. "I suspected possession might have been employed to summon me within the limits of human capacity."

Rin interjected, distressed by the situation. "Why me? There are three people here! Why rely on me?"

Ishtar sighed. "Accept your fate. Consider yourself fortunate; otherwise, I might have been obliterated by a less suitable summoner."

Reflecting on Ishtar's character, Rin couldn't help but lament her predicament. "If only my father hadn't summoned you..."

Ishtar sympathised. "Indeed. Were it not for him being your father, I might not have considered forming a contract with him."

Tokiomi, feeling uneasy about the situation, sought clarification. "Then, how should I address you?"

Ishtar responded, "I am me. Regardless of the body's owner, I now embody the goddess Ishtar herself. Understand?"
