Chapter 6 - Chapter6:The First Trial

Lu Ming observed the Dragonian soldier closely. Unlike the worker Dragonians, this soldier was an entirely different beast in terms of appearance and presence. Standing at nearly three meters tall, he was covered in black scales that gleamed in the faint light of the cave. His wings were imposing, with a wingspan nearly twice his height, and his muscles, clearly visible beneath the scales, gave him the appearance of raw power.

The soldier's eyes were two golden orbs, glowing with a restrained intelligence, but also with a ferocity that hinted at his warrior nature. A pair of curved horns crowned his head, making him look even more intimidating. The long, powerful tail that extended from his back was not only for balance but could also be a lethal weapon in combat. His hands, equipped with sharp claws, gripped a bone spear that matched perfectly with his majestic and deadly figure.

Every movement the soldier made was precise and controlled, like that of a warrior trained for battle. While it was clear his physical strength was outstanding, he also had an aura of discipline, as if he fully understood his purpose as both a protector and a fighter.

"Impressive," Lu Ming muttered, satisfied with his first combat unit. "Not only do you have a formidable appearance, but you also seem ready to face anything that comes our way."

The Dragonian remained silent, his eyes fixed on his master, awaiting orders. Lu Ming, still reflecting on his next move, realized he would need to explore more of this world to find resources and better understand the dangers that lay ahead.

"It's time to test your value," Lu Ming said, stepping toward the cave entrance. "Let's go explore the surroundings. I want to see what you're capable of in real combat."

The Dragonian soldier nodded, ready to follow his leader. With this powerful creature by his side, Lu Ming stepped into the darkness of the forest, feeling a renewed sense of confidence.

As they continued their exploration, Lu Ming and the soldier ventured deeper into the heart of the forest. The atmosphere became increasingly oppressive, and the air was filled with an eerie silence. After walking for several minutes, they stumbled upon the entrance to a cave. It was dark and ancient, as if no one had entered for centuries.

"This place... seems to hold secrets," Lu Ming muttered as he inspected the entrance.

Without hesitation, he took a step inside, the Dragonian soldier close behind. As soon as their feet touched the cave floor, the sound echoed off the stone walls. It didn't take long before they encountered their first signs of danger.

In the distance, skeletal figures began to move among the shadows.

**[Skeleton Warrior]: Level 1

HP: 50 | MP: 0 | Strength: 10 | Endurance: 8 | Agility: 5**

"Perfect," thought Lu Ming, "this will be a good test for my new soldier."

"Attack," Lu Ming commanded, pointing at the skeletons.

The Dragonian soldier wasted no time and charged at the enemies. With a fierce roar, his wings spread wide as he expertly wielded his spear. The first skeleton didn't even have time to react before it was shattered into pieces by the powerful strike. Bones and dust scattered into the air.

The second skeleton attempted to counterattack, but the Dragonian easily blocked its strike with one claw before smashing its skull with a devastating blow. The combat was quick, but effective.

However, more skeletons began to emerge from the depths of the cave, and in greater numbers than before. Lu Ming quickly assessed the situation. While his soldier was holding up well, the growing number of enemies could soon become overwhelming.

**[Skeleton Warrior]: Level 2

HP: 60 | MP: 0 | Strength: 12 | Endurance: 10 | Agility: 6**

One of the new skeletons that appeared was stronger than the previous ones, and when it attacked, the Dragonian soldier wasn't able to block it completely, taking a cut to the arm. Though the wound wasn't serious, Lu Ming decided it was time to intervene.

Activating his **[Abyssal Dragon]** ability, his body began to glow with a faint dark aura as he moved forward. With astonishing speed, he dodged the strike of another skeleton and, with a swift motion, his claws tore through the enemy. His eyes gleamed with determination as the Dragonian soldier regained his footing.

"This fight isn't just for you," Lu Ming said with a grin. "It's for me too."

The two of them continued fighting in sync, until finally, the last of the skeletons fell before them.

Lu Ming exhaled deeply, satisfied with his progress. He looked at the Dragonian soldier, who had remained steady throughout the battle. Together, they were proving to be a formidable force.
