Kuro strolled down the street of Hinode City. The vibrant city was alive with the aroma of street food and the sounds of chatter, laughter, and honking horns. As he walked, Kuro couldn't help but feel a sense of peace and contentment.
He passed by colorful shops and bustling markets, their windows filled with a dazzling array of goods. Children played in the streets, their laughter making sounds through the city. It was a scene of everyday life, a stark contrast to the dangerous and unpredictable world he had recently left behind.
Kuro, his eyes devoid of emotion, continued his walk, his mind wandering. He had come a long way since he first arrived in this strange and unfamiliar world. And now, as he walked through the streets of this city.
Then he suddenly felt hungry. He remembered with a pang of regret that he hadn't had his favorite cake in two days. Kuro loves cake. With a newfound determination, Kuro headed towards the nearest bakery, his senses tingling with anticipation. He could already taste the sweet, buttery goodness of his favorite cake.
As he entered the shop, the shop owner, an elderly woman greeted him, " Hey Kuro, It's been a while, isn't it?" She has known Kuro for many years and he was a regular customer."I haven't seen you in a few days," Mrs.
Tanaka remarked. "Work keeping you busy?"Kuro nodded. "Yeah, it's been pretty hectic lately."Mrs. Tanaka smiled sympathetically. "Well, make sure you take some time for yourself. You don't want to burn yourself out, Your eyes tell everything."
Kuro asked if she was doing well now because she had been feeling back pain for a while.
In the same shop, Katsuragi's crew was chowing down on cakes and gossiping. Jiko said," Where the hell is Katsuragi? He is just ignoring us."
Shiho said," Ever since that time, Katsuragi has stopped talking." They all sighed at once. They still couldn't believe that a junior and a cleaner humbled Katsuragi's group like nothing.
Fubuki said, "I think Katsuragi is contacting the 'Asskiller group,' the most feared gangsters in the whole of Hinodo City." As soon as she finished her sentence, she noticed a familiar man in the shop.
Her heart pounded in her chest as she recognized him instantly. It was none other than the cleaner who humbled them.
She said," Oi, isn't it the cleaner?"
The others recognized him immediately and stood up, their faces pale with fear. They knew they had to get out of there as quickly as possible. With a sense of urgency, they grabbed their belongings and rushed towards the exit, their hearts pounding in their chests.
They hurried out of the shop and didn't make any eye contact with Kuro. Kuro was standing calmly. A shiver ran down their spine as they realized the danger they had just narrowly escaped. Kuro didn't remember them.
Kuro asked Ms.Tanaka if they paid their bill. (Well, They did)
They ran for about 5 minutes. They were panting and stopped near a hotel. Jiko said," Thank goodness, we survived. What the hell is he doing here?"
Kuro was coming with this road again. Katsuragi's group, panting and alone, found themselves stranded on a desolate road. But Kuro had no idea how they had ended up there, their minds still reeling from the encounter with the mysterious cleaner.
They noticed Kuro and started to run again for their lives.
Kuro quickened his pace. Panic set in as Katsuragi's group realized they were being pursued."We're dead, If anyone survived, Please delete my laptop's search history!" Jiko gasped, his voice trembling with fear. "He recognized us."Shiho's face paled. "Tell my mom I'm sorry," she whispered, tears streaming down her face. "Tell her I love her."
Fear gripped them all as they ran, their hearts pounding in their chests. The alleyway seemed to stretch on forever, offering no escape.
Finally, Kuro broke into a full sprint, his incredible speed leaving Katsuragi's group far behind. They watched in awe as he disappeared down the alleyway, his footsteps echoing in the distance.Stunned and breathless, they slowly stopped, their faces a mixture of shock and admiration. They had never witnessed such raw power before.
Fubuki said," So he was not after us. But where are saved." They were breathing intensely.
Jiko said," But where is he going anyway?"
Kuro sprinted for three minutes straight. Finally, he skidded to a halt in front of a house engulfed in flames. A crowd had gathered, watching helplessly as the fire raged. Kuro, who had sensed the flames from two kilometers away, acted with urgency. No one had been able to enter the house due to the rapidly spreading fire. There were two people trapped inside, a mother and her young child. As the flames intensified, Kuro knew he had to act quickly. Without hesitation, he rushed towards the burning building. Broke the window from the backside where people were not around and saved them as soon as possible. With a surge of strength, Kuro grabbed the mother and child and carried them out of the burning building at the backside. The crowd watched in awe as the mother and her young daughter emerged.Kuro took his bag of cakes and left the place because he didn't want to be seen.As Kuro surveyed the scene, he noticed three deep scratch marks on the road. He was certain they were the work of a powerful monster, but he could sense no trace of its presence. The creature had left quickly, its tracks disappearing into the distance. As Kuro walked away from the burning house, his mind raced with questions. Where were the wizards when the town was in need? Why hadn't they intervened to stop the monster attack? He began to walk.A sense of frustration and anger bubbled up within him. He had witnessed firsthand the destruction caused by creatures, and he couldn't understand why the guardians of the realm were seemingly absent.Kuro said," Well.....forget it, I am sleepy as hell." He yawned and stretched, his muscles aching from the exertion of the past few hours. The thought of confronting the monsters that had attacked the town was exhausting, both physically and mentally.
