At the small central plaza, the whole battalion of sixty-two people gathered to discuss the next phase of this plan, which would involve blocking the main entrances and walls to protect them from the upcoming hordes. However, his call wasn't about something they all expected. A group of people who aren't fighters have been spotted in a pet shop, hiding from all the ruckus outside and all the zombies from nearby the shopping center.
"We've brought you all here to tell you about this group of survivors," says Captain Ralph, revealing a small group of eight survivors: three males, four females, and one kid. They are all Japanese and feel nervous being surrounded by fighters in heavy armor and armed to the teeth. "We've found them in the pet shop. They are fine. Their body temperature is fine. But they don't speak a bit of English. Does anyone here know it?"
"Japanese?" asks a fighter with an Indian flag on his chest plate. Then, he speaks in broken Japanese to the group of unknown survivors. "I know a bit of Japanese."
"You speak it well." responds one of the Japanese speakers.
"Why are you here?" asks the fighter.
"We ran from our home. Because of a horde."
"A horde of zombies?" asks the fighter curious.
"A big one." responds another survivor. "Was larger than the one in the beginning days in Tokyo."
"How big was it?" asks the fighter. "About a thousand?"
"More than the bodies outside." responds the fighter. "They are still in the forest. We ran from there 2 days ago."
"You tens of thousands?" asks the Indian man who acts as the translator in Japanese, sounding scared.
"Yes… More than ten thousand."
"What do they say?" asks Captain Ralph to that man who spoke Japanese to the survivors.
"We're in trouble, sir, "the man says in English to Captain Ralph. There's a swarm outside the city, in the forest—more than ten thousand, from what they say."
The fighters were quiet, looking at each other, whispering, and talking about what they could do now, but Captain Ralph raised his hand to stop the talking and said it without any worry.
"Execute order 9."
"Yes, sir!" says the fighter, taking their weapons and preparing to execute order 9.

Order 9 is one of the many orders established in the Book of Orders by The Organization before this apocalypse would eventually happen. And since the apocalypse is happening at this very moment, the orders have been finally used to protect the human race from these individuals who cheat who are cheating the nature of Death. One of these orders is Order 9, Which consists of killing the zombies while you are outnumbered.
You have to consider that the zombies haven't made their way into the city after these two days, which means they are stuck in the forest and have lost the smell of human blood. If something were to explode in the town, this swarm of zombies from the forest would make their way into the city due to their logical way of thinking, to follow the noise because it will lead to humans. Order 9 consists of creating an explosion to attract swarms of zombies, where the second phase will begin. However, this plan will be far from being implemented and challenging for some fighters.
"You all know what the first phase of Order 9 is?" asks Ri Ku as he and his squad enter one of the vans in the parking lot.
"We blow up buildings to lead zombies into a trap?" asks Li Kay.
"Yes… But there's more to it," says Ri Ku. "We need multiple explosions. All at the same time. This will increase our chances of dealing with a small swarm that will become a horde or a group… Now, we've been instructed to place bombs on the west."
After everyone gets in the van, Ri Ku takes the backpack off, reveals the insides, and shows his teammates one of the six C4 bombs they were given to them before they departed. Three more vans have gone in different directions, where they will have the same mission as the Shi Huang Squad. Ri Ku puts the backpack in a safe place, goes to the driver's seat, and starts to drive the van from the parking lot. He is soon guided through the streets of Japan, which all present the same as the streets around the world: Death.
Thirty minutes later, the Shi HuDeathquad arrives in front of the building where they were instructed to place the bombs. It used to be a building known as a hostel, but now it's a building filled with corpses of humans who were eaten. The group did not enter the building, instead they are going outside, where they are planting the bombs on the walls for five minutes, then they leave the palace when this part of the plan got finished.
"The bomb will detonate in ten minutes as they are programmed," says Ri Ku to his squad while all of them are running to the van they used to come here. "We must go to our positions."
The whole squad takes their guns, ammunition, and gadgets, such as grenades, smoke grenades, and incendiary grenades, from the van for the fight that is about to ensue. After they've taken everything they need, the whole squad walks toward the store's rooftop because this location looks perfect for an improvised high tower. The entire team gets on the rooftop, where they are getting to their positions, and proceeds to look around before the bombs are about to blow up.
"Is this a good idea, Ri Ku?" asks Yu Tong to her squad leader.
"This is the plan: We must take positions and kill as many zombies as possible," says Ri Ku."This is probably the safest bet for us."
"But what if we run out of ammunition?" asks Li Kay.
"We'll run from here and regroup on the outpost to establish the second phase of order 9."
"And what's that second phase?" asks Xin Yang.
Before Ri Ku could answer, the bombs exploded, and the building fell off rapidly. All the five-floor buildings are falling rapidly, and nearby buildings are also starting to fall. Fire also broke out soon, and debris flooded the streets, burying the nearby cars, corpses, and many other things in the debris. The fighters look at the explosion in awe, wondering if this explosion will attract the zombies from the forest. Before they could look at the forest, another explosion was heard from around five kilometers away in the north-west direction. Then another one is heard about two kilometers away in the east from the point where Shi Huang is. These explosions mean that the other squad has completed order 9 phase 1.1, which means that phase 1.2 is to begin.
