...

At dawn, as the sun peeked over the horizon, its gentle rays touched the earth.

At the gate of the ancient, thousand-year-old Kuhoutsuka family estate in Nikko City...

Thud! A sound of piercing flesh echoed suddenly as a figure collapsed onto the stone pavement.

Lancelot, his face impassive, withdrew the Sword from the body. Blood splattered. Though he called it a Sword, it was actually a wooden pole. Judging by the rag tied to the other end, this murder weapon was...a household mop.

"Is that the last one?" Lancelot sighed softly.

"Yes, Uncle. And I apologize for staining your hands with such...filth." Guinevere appeared beside Lancelot, her lips pursed as she bowed to him.

"It's nothing. I owe that person a debt, after all. As a knight, I must repay it. Besides, it's just a matter of dealing with a few insects who defied him. It's no trouble at all," Lancelot said, casually tossing the mop aside.

"I'm afraid that person's intention wasn't just for us to eliminate a few rebellious insects… I've extracted some interesting information from the mind of this faction's leader!"

A mass of black energy writhed in Guinevere's hand, emitting agonizing wails. The black energy gradually formed the face of an old man – Kuhoutsuka Tokuhiko, the head of the Kuhoutsuka family.

"I've found it, Uncle. Information about the sealing technique that suppresses my Lord's aura… I'll need your help once more." Guinevere looked at the black energy in her hand, her face alight with triumphant joy.

...

Three days later, on an Island, a deserted island in the northernmost part of the Philippine archipelago…

stood a golden-haired girl. Around twelve or thirteen years old, she had elegant golden curls framing a beautiful face. Dressed in a European-style black evening gown, her young body exuded a unique charm.

It was Guinevere, the Divine Ancestor.

Suddenly, Guinevere's expression shifted slightly. She knelt on the ground. "Welcome, Guinevere humbly greets you."

The space before her, facing the boundless ocean, was empty. Waves crashed against the shore as Guinevere remained bowed.

A while later, a response came from the sea.

"There's no need for such formalities, Divine Ancestor. Let's skip the pleasantries and get straight to the point." A beautiful voice, .

The seawater coalesced, forming the figure of a young woman. With a composed and elegant face, she sat demurely. Her sleek black hair, finer than silk, was styled in three braids. She wore a split cheongsam, revealing slender legs and hinting at the allure beneath.

Luo Hao, the leader of the Holy Cult of the Five Mountains and Haru's wife, had appeared on this desolate island.

"Understood, Come here, Leviathan," Guinevere said, her small body emitting a faint golden glow as she established a connection with a presence in the sea.

From the vast ocean behind Luo Hao, a rustling sound echoed, the waves rising and falling rhythmically. After about three minutes, a figure was carried by the waves from afar and gently deposited on the shore.

It was a young girl, around ten years old. Her skin was dark, her small limbs covered in countless black scorch marks, as if she had been struck by lightning. A large hole, about five centimeters wide, gaped in her abdomen. Despite such grievous injuries, she still clung to life.

The girl's name was Leviathan, Lord of the Flies, and also a Divine Ancestor.

"...I see. This is indeed the bloodline of a Divine Ancestor. And the Holy aura emanating from her… the dragon-serpent's seal has been broken," Luo Hao said, her gaze calmly fixed on Leviathan's broken body.

Three years ago, after agreeing with Haru that she would personally kill Sun Wukong, Luo Hao had mobilized her forces to search the world for the Heretical Serpent God. Although she had found a few, capturing a god alive was incredibly difficult, even for someone as skilled in martial arts as she was. Due to her pride, she was reluctant to ask her husband's for help, so the execution of Sun Wukong had been delayed until today.

"Struck by Holy lightning and pierced by a dragon-slaying Sword, she must have survived this long thanks to your efforts, Divine Ancestor," Luo Hao said, scrutinizing Leviathan's injuries before turning to Guinevere.

Leviathan struggled to open her eyes, glaring at Guinevere with venomous hatred.

"Yes, I shared some of the earth's life force with her," Guinevere replied, her head bowed low as she remained kneeling.

"Aren't you going to call out that Heretic God beside you? These wounds on this Divine Ancestor are likely his handiwork, aren't they?" Luo Hao said, her gaze sharp as she looked at Guinevere.

"My uncle expended a great deal of Holy power capturing Leviathan. He is currently in a deep slumber and won't interfere with Your Holiness's battle against the Steel God. rest assured" Guinevere said, her expression remarkably calm, even though her life was in Luo Hao's hands due to Lancelot's slumber.

She was gambling. Based on years of observation, she knew Luo Hao was proud. She was betting that Luo Hao wouldn't stoop to killing a defenseless opponent.

Luo Hao's gaze, regal and beautiful, fell upon Guinevere, a hint of admiration in her eyes.

"You wish to offer me this fellow Divine Ancestor? Then state your desire."

"I, Luo Hao, am not a fool who has forgotten the meaning of honor. I do not withhold rewards from those who offer meritorious service. What do you desire?"

She didn't suspect any hidden motives or ulterior ambitions. She didn't question whether there was a trap. Such suspicions were unbefitting of a king.

If there was a trap, she would shatter it with her fists. If there was a conspiracy, she would cut it down with her sword. If there was rebellion, she would crush it with her royal might.

This was Luo Hao's way. Confident in her own strength, she adhered to this principle.

"What I desire is the death of that troublesome Steel God. That would be the greatest reward. That is why I sought you as a collaborator," Guinevere said, a bright and beautiful smile gracing her lips.

"Is that so? I understand." Looking at Guinevere's genuine smile, Luo Hao's lips curved slightly upwards.

"Await my good news, Divine Ancestor. Tomorrow, I will claim the Monkey King's head."

Luo Hao's figure vanished along with Leviathan, who had been lying on the beach.

...

Around 6:00 am, Toujou Miki stood silently before the gates of the West Heaven Palace, her eyes closed.

A while later, she opened her eyes, looking at the two figures that had suddenly appeared.

"You've kept me waiting, Sister Luo Hao."
