Zhao Jun and Huang Ya were dining at a high-end Western restaurant, having moved past their initial unfamiliarity to discuss some work-related matters.
"Ya, how has work been recently? Are you enjoying it?" asked Zhao Jun.
"It's been okay," Huang Ya replied, somewhat absent-minded these past few days, her responses to Zhao Jun were perfunctory.
"Ya, if there's something troubling you at work, feel free to share it with me. By the way, last time you mentioned your company was expanding into other city markets. How is that going now?"
"Hello, Ya? Are you listening?"
Huang Ya was somewhat distracted. Zhao Jun clapped his hands, and Huang Ya, startled, asked, "What did you just say?"
Zhao Jun repeated himself, and Huang Ya shook her head, "I thought expanding into external markets would be easier, but just a few days into implementation, we already faced obstacles."
