Over the years, the Taekwondo club had developed rapidly, producing several well-known members who had participated in professional Taekwondo competitions and even won awards, including Ma Tao himself.

Taekwondo is divided into nine ranks, each further divided into nine dans, where a blue belt signifies mastery of offensive techniques. Above this are the blue-red belt, red belt, and the highest level, the black belt.
Ma Tao had been practicing Taekwondo since he was young. After entering university, he joined the Taekwondo club and, using his personal strength and the awards he had won, he became the president within a year, attracting much attention.
