Abilities depend on the type of one is. One can either be a warrior or a spiritualist.

 Warriors: They make use of spirit energy to enhance their fighting capabilities like speed, strength, agility and others. They also make use of their spirit energy to perform various martial arts techniques. They excel in hand-to-hand combat but have lesser spirit energy and explosive power than spiritualists hence, they tend to be weaker than spiritualists. It's rare for them to beat spiritualists in the same rank.

 Spiritualists: They make use of spirit energy to integrate demons, artifacts, spirits, and beasts in descending order of rarity. They are all basically dual cultivators. A spiritualist can only use one class of all the five in their lifetime though there are cases where a spiritualist can use more than one class. These people are rare and are known as geniuses and stand at the top of the cultivation world.

Each cultivator specializes in using one elemental plane so spiritualists have to integrate things in the same elemental plane as them but those who have more than one class have the chance of using more elemental planes. 

Cultivators are ranked in two groups. Mortal and Immortal.

Mortal cultivation there are five stages:

~Bronze

~Silver

~Gold

~Diamond

~Master

~Legend

All stages of the mortal have five sub-stages each which are ranked by stars.

Immortal cultivation is grouped into:

~State of heavenly body 

~State of golden body

~State of undying body

~State of sovereign

~State of peak 

~ State of highest

There are nine Elemental planes all of which display different colors in the spirit cores. They are: Fire{Orange} Water{Blue} Earth{Brown} Wind{Green} Lightning{Yellow} Light{White} Darkness{Black} Gravity{Purple} Space{Red}
